Spacious and bright apartment on the raised ground floor of a small building, located in a quiet private street between the town center and the picturesque lakeside of Mandello del Lario. Ideal for families or groups of up to 6 people, it offers everything needed for a comfortable stay, just a short walk from the main attractions and only 7 minutes on foot from the train station.

A large living room with a dining area and a sofa bed.
A kitchen.
A spacious bathroom.
Two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and a desk. All mattresses have been recently replaced to ensure maximum comfort.

A crib and high chair for infants are available upon request. The furnishings combine modern and antique pieces, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Outdoor spaces and access:
The building features a large, enclosed courtyard. Guests have access to the entire apartment and can use the drying lines located at the back of the courtyard. Free parking is available along the private street.
Location and transport:
The property is easily reachable by car or public transportation. From the provincial road 72, you can conveniently access the parking, while the train station is about 600 meters away along a flat and pleasant road. A nearby supermarket provides everything you might need during your stay.

The apartment is part of the  NativooForGood project which pursues sustainable development goals for short-term rentals in the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina. . In accordance with local regulations, the Municipality may apply a tourist tax.
The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality. . Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
