The MIRAMAR by Riviera Holiday Homes is a very bright 110m2 apartment. It features a large terrace offering a unique sea view from the living room. On the 5th floor with lift, this holiday rental is located 200 m from the beach and close to shops in Beaulieu and Villefranche.
The apartment consists of a large living/dining room and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (4 electric hobs, extractor hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, small appliances).
Bedrooms: 2 rooms, one with a 160 cm bed and its shower room with toilet and very large walk-in wardrobe attached to the room, and the other with 2 90 cm beds and large wardrobes, and a bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet.
Contemporary and bright decoration (marble, tiles and parquet). New flat-screen television, wifi internet.
Non-smoking apartment Pets not allowed A security deposit of €1,000 is collected directly by Riviera Holiday Homes via Swikly (secure credit card authorisation, no fees will be charged). Not applicable to Airbnb bookings.
