It was a great location and we loved the property. The only suggestion would be install a ceiling fan in the 2nd bedroom or offer a stand up fan. Cheers!
We enjoyed our brief stay here. Eric is an amazing owner. I suggest stopping on the way if you would like coffee, water, drinks and snacks for the house. There is a small bodega couple blocks away.. a bit pricey. But I’m ghe end we had a great time
Southern Hospitality at its best!!!
Wonderful host! Wonderful cottage! Thank you Eric for going above and beyond to make our stay at your cottage amazing. The cottage is comfortable and in a great location. I appreciated the extras available like fresh coffee, well stocked first aid kit, umbrellas, etc. Things you need but really can't fit in a carry-on bag. My nieces and I enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property!
Thank you Eric for sharing your home with us. The house was very clean and the accommodations were fantastic. The beds were very comfortable. Most of all, thank you for giving us lots of ideas for eating and entertainment. Your communication was awesome and it really helped us pack a lot of stuff into a short weekend. We will definitely stay here again when we return for a longer visit. Thank you for everything
Great location for exploring NOLA. Fun historic cottage. Eric is an extremely welcoming and helpful host. Go into the museum down the street, everyone should learn this history.
My two sons and I stayed here for 4 nights as part of my 50th Birthday celebration. The location was perfect for our needs - a short walk to everything we wanted to do, but far enough from the hustle and bustle of the French Quarter to be quiet at night when we wanted to sleep.
I drove in from Atlanta and was able to find street parking easily. The check in process was simple and easy and the place was just as advertised and had everything we needed. Eric was easy to work with and was very understanding when my son set off the smoke detectors when he was cooking sausages for breakfast...
We even got a chance to experience some New Orleans culture when the church down the street held a funeral on Saturday morning and had the traditional brass band march with the procession.
I would definitely stay here again and recommend the property and the location.
