Charming historic 1837 Creole Cottage, on the border of the fabled French Quarter and storied birthplace of Jazz..
Armstrong Park, stomping grounds of the famous Mardi Gras Indians, the Backstreet Cultural Museum (Mardi Gras Indian Museum), and St Augustine Church line our street.. Adjacent to Rampart Street, the beginning of the French Quarter.
Steps away from culture and excitement, the Saenger is close by, yet a peaceful step back in time inside.
Modern updated appliances and fixtures, with one of New Orleans greatest hidden rear courtyard....
This VRBO partner has demonstrated and is committed to fast response times, the best rates, and a great guest experience.
My friends/colleagues and I enjoyed staying at the cottage. It is exactly as pictured and it served our needs very nicely. The owner is available promptly and answered all the questions we had. Overall, we had a great visit to NOLA. Thanks.
Everything was amazing, house is incredible, comfortable, it has everything you need, washer/dryer in one, netflix and amazon prime, super couch, we really enjoyed our stay and our host Eric was so kind and always available. The only tiny thing that bothered us was the noise outside.... neighboors barking dogs and street noise affected the bedroom w 2 beds where my kids slept
Property was well furnished with all the amenities. Gorgeous interior and quiet neighborhood.
Lovely remodeled cottage with all that one could need for an enjoyable stay in N.O. Perfect location to walk to the French Quarter and great proximity to many other points of interest in the city. Very nice enclosed patio area for a bit of quieter time ...........Security system adds a safer 'feel' to the otherwise really old outer door closure. We could not have had a better temp. home for our stay! A definite 'stay again' .
My friends and I came to NOLA for my birthday for a long weekend. We had all experienced Airbnb before, but gave this a try. This was hands down the best experience I’ve had.
Eric had a lovely home! It was clean, organized, and had character! Exactly what we wanted. The courtyard in the back was a great spot for gathering during the beautiful weather that New Orleans has in the late fall. We found ourselves easily walking to and from the French Quarter, or it was a short Uber ride anywhere else.
Eric was so nice and very accessible. Exactly what we had missed from previous experiences with Airbnb. We would stay here again, 100%!
Thank you, Eric, for helping make my birthday a memorable one!
This property is a true New Orleans experience. The shotgun house is decorated perfectly and has all the convinces of home. We also enjoyed the court yard. The neighborhood is very friendly.
The property manager and his family are fantastic!!!!
