Property Details:

This 70-sqm apartment is located on the first and second floors, without an elevator. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls. There is a versatile area that can serve as a dining space or home office. It is furnished with a dining table, chairs, offering comfort and functionality in one place.



The fully equipped kitchen has an electric tea kettle, sink, toaster, refrigerator, stove, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The apartment has a clothes washer and a drying rack. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.



All bedrooms are street facing and furnished with double beds and quality mattresses. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has two full bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink. Both bathrooms are accessible via hallway. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.



Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.



Important Information and Policies

- Please inquire for more information about the cancellation policy.

- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. The host reserves the right to decline a late check-in if the guest does not meet all the check-in requirements.

- Check-out is by 10:00AM.

- Damage deposit of £800 is required before arrival. The deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times.

- Strictly NON-smoking.

- Pets NOT allowed.

- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 6 people.

- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

- Please note for reservations valued over £1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes.



PLEASE NOTE RENOVATION WORKS ARE TAKING PLACE ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING. SOME SCAFFOLDING MAY COVER THE WINDOWS AND OCCASIONAL DISTURBANCES COULD OCCUR DURING THE WEEKDAYS DURING WORKING HOURS. WE APOLOGISE IN ADVANCE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE THIS MAY CAUSE.

Allow your taste buds to take a trip around the world by visiting the Camden international market where you will find scrumptious treats from countries from all over the globe. Within walking distance from the London Underground Station Warren Street (Victoria & Northern Lines), Great Portland Street (Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan lines), Goodge Street (Northern Line), you can easily access the other areas of London, including Mayfair and Hyde Park, Kensington Palace and Gardens, Harrods department store, Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace and the Changing of the Guard, the London Eye, the Tower of London, Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar Square or Saint Paul’s Cathedral. These stations also create easy links to reach London’s Heathrow, Gatwick or Luton Airports.

Other Things to Note:

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of £50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for £50. Both can be provide for £70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed. Wi-Fi may occasionally be unstable due to connectivity issues affecting the entire area or due to the service provider. *The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible. *In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 7:00PM and 10:00PM there will be a £50 late check-in fee. After 10:00PM there will be a £90 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point. Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guest’s responsibility.

We really enjoyed the apartment — it was very comfortable and pleasant to stay in. The host was kind and thoughtful, anticipating everything we might need during our stay and providing clear instructions in advance. The only thing to note is that the flat has bedrooms only, without a general living room, but this wasn’t an issue for us as we were mostly out all day and only used the apartment to sleep at night. We would rent again!

Would stay again!

A great place to stay and in a beautiful location of London.The apartment is big, with 3 bedrooms. It is separated to multiple levels and has two bathrooms and showers which makes it really convenient. The kitchen is well equipped and clean. Hot water in both showers even in parallel. We loved it!

The place was clean and well maintained. The beds were firm and comfortable. One thoughtful touch that made a big difference was that the host kindly provided a baby cot and high chair for our little one, all for a very reasonable price. It really helped make our stay stress-free and family-friendly. The location was excellent. Situated near Fitzrovia and just a short walk to Regent’s Park, it gave us easy access to beautiful green spaces and a calm atmosphere while still being close to the heart of the city. It was within walking distance of two train stations, making it easy to get around London. There were also plenty of great restaurants and cafes nearby — perfect for grabbing a bite without going far.

The home was clean. You do not have a common space and it seems like they took the living area and made an extra bedroom. There are three bedrooms and that is all. The only table for eating has 2 seats and is at the top of the stairs. This place is good for just sleeping and showering. The process to get it was difficult. When you press the button outside you have to simultaneously open the door which is difficult. The listing says that there is a washer and dryer in the unit, however there is only a washer. There is a large clothes rack for drying. The management company of this rental requires you to make a large supposedly refundable damage deposit with a third party company. We did not damage the unit in any way and left it clean and all instructions for check out were followed exactly. The deposit is supposed to be sent back to you within 14 days of checkout. I am now at 20 days after checkout and still have not received the deposit back. I did reach out to the management company and they said it was coming, but nothing as of yet! It is a nice flat and not too far from activity. The location is very quiet, but safe. Be ready to take a rideshare or underground anywhere you want to go that is touristy.

I do not recommend and no living area - only bedrooms, baths, kitchen, small table.

The check in process is complicated. The instructions are not clear. First you have to find a small market on Warren to go to the counter and ask for the keys. When I asked the guy who gave me the keys if he would point me In the direction of Cleveland Sr. He said “no” and walked away. When we walked to the apartment the door was jammed in the upper right corner. I tried contacting through both VRBO and WhatsApp where I was instructed to contact them and they did not get back to me for a long time. This was after I paid extra for the night before so that we could get in sooner than the 4 pm checkin time after no sleep for more than a day. The owner of the restaurant below said this is a normal problem with the renters. The phone number given to contact is a France number and my phone would not dial there. Turns out you have to be pushing on the door while entering the code or the door won’t open. Same to get out once you’re in. This was a problem for me since my arms span does not reach and I was glad to have another person with me to help. This is a fire hazard. Also - it was a complete surprise to me that there is no living space. There is a tiny table with 2 chairs on the landing and be careful getting in and out of the chairs there so you don’t trip and fall down the stairs. There are 2 other chairs in the bedrooms for only a total of 4 chairs in the whole apartment so since it sleeps 6 - there won’t be places for the other 2 people to sit and you will have to use be

Imeli smo čudovito bivanje v tem ljubkem stanovanju!

Lokacija je odlična—le 4 minute hoje do postaje Warren Street, kar omogoča zelo enostaven dostop do mestnega prevoza. Stanovanje je bilo udobno in dovolj prostorno za našo veliko družino, z vsemi posteljami v odličnem stanju ter novimi vzglavniki in posteljnino, ki so poskrbeli za miren spanec. Kuhinja je bila dobro opremljena, kar nam je olajšalo pripravo obrokov, kadar smo želeli. Prijava je potekala gladko, gostitelj pa je bil vedno odziven in pripravljen pomagati, kadar smo imeli vprašanja. Bivanje smo tako uživali, da smo celo podaljšali naš obisk za tri dni.
