Bei der Wohnungsübergabe wurde eine Checkin-Gebühr von 25 in bar verlangt. Diese Gebühr war in keiner Objektbeschreibung weder bei der lokalen Agentur SH Barcelona noch bei fewo-direkt aufgeführt. Lt. Fewo-direkt waren im Endpreis alle Steuern und Gebühren enthalten. Trotzdem wurde von SH Barcelona die Tourismus-Abgabe zusätzlich zum Endpreis abgebucht. Auf entsprechende Beschwerden dazu und zu div. Mängeln (defekte Raffrollos, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Steckdose etc.) kamen nur Ausflüchte. Lage war sehr gut, aber laut. Supermärkte und Metro sehr gut zu erreichen. Wohnung im 5. Stock mit Fahrstuhl.

Casa esta muy bien situada, las habitaciones son muy comodas. Necesitaria un poco de mantenimiento en ventanas, persianas... es zona ruidosa y no se puede cerrar bien. La cocina muy bien, pero no funcionaba el tostador y el secador de pelo.
