Casa Carlicchia With Terrace and Sea view

Casa Carlicchia is located on the third floor of a condo and has a large private rooftop terrace furnished with lounge chairs, and a seating area with panoramic views of the 5 terre coastline. The terrace is accessed via an external staircase. In the apartment there is a large living room with two large glass doors that open onto a balcony with sea veiw that is also accessed from the double room. The dining area is furnished with a large glass table that seats 6 people and has double doors that open onto a second balcony which also has a sea view. Next to the dining area is the kitchen with a dishwasher and everything you need to prepare meals. The master bedroom has a double bed and wardrobes. The twin bedroom has 2 single beds that cannot be joined to form a double bed and access to a balcony with sea views. The bathroom is dated but functional with a large shower. This  property is a perfect choice for families of 4
The decor is casual but very pleasant with a mix of antique and modern, original art and a Nautical feeling.
The cleaning fee includes 60 euros for bed linen.
