Precioso apartamento a dos pasos del Ponte Vecchio, ascensor, segundo piso con una vista espectacular del Arno. Puede alojar hasta 6 personas.
La casa consta de 2 habitaciones dobles, con camas de matrimonio, 1 amplio salón con sofá cama doble, pero el salón no está equipado con cortinas opacas, por lo que entra luz natural por la mañana, 1 cocina comedor y 2 baños completos. Baños (uno con bañera y otro con ducha). Ideal para disfrutar plenamente de las maravillas de Florencia, esta casa está equipada con aire acondicionado, calefacción, TV y WI-FI gratuito.

Stunning views

Amazing location and easy to navigate everywhere form here. Just be careful about hiring a car from here - you can’t drive within the city but the area where you can is ONLY one bridge away.

Ponte Vecchio Stay

We have been to Florence many times and this was one of our best locations to date. Leading up to the trip they helped us find parking and easily navigate to the flat. They met us on time at the flat, showed us around and quickly gave us our keys and instructions. Beautiful place and great location. Will definitely seek this place out again for a future stay.

Lovely River View Apartment

Our group had a fabulous time in Florence. The apartment was literally right off of the Ponte Vecchio on the Oltrarno side - location couldn’t be better. Beds & bedding were very comfortable. The view was something to behold, especially at night. There are no words…. Absolutely stunning. Thanks for a fabulous stay in beautiful Florence.

Great locatoon

Great location. Had to wait with bags for checkin which was difficult. Toilet seat in the second bathroom was broken the manager offered to fix it promptly but we didn't want anyone when we were home to come to the apartment

Thanks. Check in is at 3pm and I arrived at 3.15pm for the reasons I explained to you, but apart from that we met you by postponing check out by a good 2 hours

Only a few steps away from all Firenze wonders

Unbeatable locations with the Ponte Vecchio view from your window. minutes from the Uffizi gallery, the cathedral and all shopping you could imagine. Clean bedrooms, big living room (we never used it, but the view!!!), not very well appointed kitchen (a bottle opener is there!), and easy entrance once you know where the door is. The map doesn't give you an answer, however a manager managed to find us on the street.

Great location and space

Things I loved- 1. location- view 2. Space- for family of 5 3. Style of place- well decorated Issues with Appartment- Petty but important for you to know- 1. No instruction booklet to familiarize yourself with washer dryer- etc 2. The electricity panel gets overloaded if you run the hairdryer and washing/ dryer machine. They didn’t tell us anything about the panel. One day- the panel went off and they had to come and turn it on. 3. The bathroom floors are real wood- so they are warped and the door doesn’t open and close. The owner needs to fix this- it is really bad!!! Just replace and put tile- the bathroom shower loses a lot of water when you shower. There is no place to put your body soap or shampoo so all your stuff has to be on the floor of the shower- easy fix for them. - the other bathroom is larger with a tub- but same thing is you take a shower there is no shower curtain- so you have to sit in the tub and use the handle- makes a mess- water everywhere, just keeps on ruining the wood floor. 4. No storage in bathrooms to but your things anywhere. 5. No hooks to hang any towels anywhere. 6. No instruction booklet to show you how to use the washer and dryer- the dryer takes 5 times to dry any clothes. 7. You need to buy all spices/paper towels/ napkins etc if you want to prepare your own food. 8. Air cond. remote batteries died. So remote didn’t work. I loved the property despite all the issues…. These are all things the owner can fix. I hope they do it

Luckily you loved the property, you listed a number of things that didn't go well with you! 😂 The kW power has doubled compared to the Italian standard therefore it cannot go away with only the washing machine and the hairdryer on, perhaps all the air conditioners or another household appliance were also connected. In any case it reactivates in 2 minutes. Regluing the bathroom floor is a job we will do in the next few days. The bathroom where there is a bathtub is precisely for taking a bath and not a shower, so if you plan to use it as a shower it is obvious that the water will go outside. There are 2 remote controls for the air conditioning. The rest seem really small to me.
