Our stay in this home was perfect. Host was easy to communicate with. It was clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. Location was great too, 5 minutes to grocery and our daughter, who we went to visit, the main reason we were there! Would definitely recommend!

We stayed for 3 days and it was a wonderful experience.. First thing was the home was beautiful and very welcoming and comfortable. The master bath has a garden tub, which I definitely used, loved it.. Doran was quick with responses. Not to far from stores at all. We definitely want to stay again and soon

Dated property but very clean and comfortable. Big fenced in yard if needed .Beds were very comfortable . Location was rural but was fine for our trips into Columbia.

It's in need of some upgrades but it's clean, everything works, great hot water and very comfortable. Check in is a breeze and the kitchen is only missing a kettle (wife is British). Good place for the money and I would stay here again.

Home away from home

3 bedroom 2 bath small house that was perfect for our needs. We were only 12 miles from family we were there to visit. 100% better than getting a motel room.

Perfect for what we needed

House was perfect for the purpose of our visit - college tours. It was a little farther out than we anticipated, but that’s my own fault for not researching more. The house itself was great!

Host did not communicate with me for 3 days prior to my check in day. Was not able to check in. Host finally messaged me 2.5 hrs after the check in time. I had to find my own lodging for the night. Although I was refunded the full cost, it took much effort on my part to get this done thru Vrbo. Only after asking several times for Vrbo t refund my new hotel expense did they agree, but they were not initially going to pay for my hotel for 1 night because "I was already getting refunded from the host and then not spending over the original cost to me". Not really happy with this host or Vrbo.

The property was clean and as described. Plenty of space, linens, kitchen supplies. Check in process was easy and host was quick to respond after reservation was up until check in. No issues at all.

Perfect for our weekend stay!

We needed a place for five of us to stay for a family wedding in Columbia. The house was perfect, very nice accommodations at a reasonable price. Owner was very responsive to our questions prior to arrival and the house was just as promised. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

This home was just as advertised and just what we needed while visiting for parents weekend. About a 25 min straight shot drive from school. Had everything we needed. Would stay again!

Home Away from Home

Great place to stay. Our family enjoyed the home. Nice and clean and close to shopping. We were there because our son graduated from Ft. Jackson and when we travel, I am always looking for a home away from home and we found it here. We will stay again if we're ever in Columbia again.

Perfect house for us.

We were attending a three day event at the South Congaree Horse Arena. It was so nice to come home to a real house after spending the entire day outside in the heat. Absolutely the best choice for our group to stay at Doran's house.

Very nice place

Lack of communication led to my family not getting into the rental till 5 when check in was 4, communication is key! Once we got in the house was as advertised. Very clean and cozy. Would rent again if we stayed in the area

Very clean and so convenient. All the amenities of being at home!

Very cozy and family friendly. All the amenities of being at home. The owner was very fast at responding and quick with needs. Asked if the property had a grill or bbq and he furnished one for our stay! Will most definitely contact this owner for our next stay! Thank you again from our family to yours!
