Great location and comfortable accommodation. There are almost 100 stairs and no elevator to get to the apartment.

This is an excellent location one block from the Seine and Notre Dame and near where the 4th and 5th arrondisement come together. Our favorite neighborhood in Paris. Beautiful views from this top floor stay. Be aware that there is no elevator. I think that adds to the charm, but there are a lot of stairs to help you work off those baguettes!

Great location and very clean place! Close to so many restaurants, grocery store, and main sites of Paris. Only thing I would advise is to bring extra soap and toiletries. Would stay here again!

Very clean property in the heart of the city we lived its proximity to Notre Dame and transportation systems. It is in a vibrant area and city noise and local pub are just outside. The host was very responsive and helpful with any issues that arose.

This was a beautiful apartment with comfortable beds and nice views. Spacious as well! The location is AMAZING!! We did have a few hiccups with our stay: broken AC in one room, aggressive mosquitos with the windows open, broken dryer, and no utensils. The hosts were very responsive and apologetic with each concern, although they were unable to help with any of the issues during our stay. Hopefully will be fixed for future visitors! PS- although it is family friendly for older children, it is definitely not safe for young children given the unique stairs!

The property had many perks including AC, location, clean, 2 bedrooms, and near Metro and Notre Dame. I would stay here again. We loved the slanted roof, large windows, and common area. We never watched TV or cooked so I can’t comment on those aspects of the flat. We brought our own shampoo and soap- I don’t think that was provided except for hand soap in the bathroom and kitchen sink. Things you should know- it’s a rental agency and the key pick up and drop off is just a few blocks away but needs to coincide with the hours of the business where the key depository is located. Also, there are 100 steps to enter the flat- no elevator. One negative, we arrived (on a red eye) an hour before check-in and were not permitted to pick up our key an hour early despite several texts and emails stating we could have purchased an extra night on either end of our trip at a discounted rate(as recently as the day before.) It didn’t have renters in it immediately before us- an hour early check in would have been helpful to us but the rental company said no.

The location was wonderful, very central to lots of sightseeing. We used the Batobus boat which has a stop only a couple blocks from the apartment. There are lots of stairs, but that seems natural for the part of the city we were in. The apartment itself was clean and cozy, just as advertised, lots of clever and smart design choices to maximize storage and function in a small space. We are a family of five, which is tough to find accommodative for in the city, and in most hotels we would have had to pay for two separate rooms, so this was a great alternative. Thanks!

This is a terrific modern, bright, stylish apartment for a group of fit and active people. It is 3 blocks from Notre Dame, adjacent to Blvd St Germain, and right in the the pedestrian zone of cafes and shops in the Latin Quarter. It was an awesome home base for exploring Paris.The apartment is at the top of a building with a British pub, which hosted fun World Cup watching matches*NOTE this top-floor apartment is 114 steps up multiple tight, winding staircases. You need to have the muscle and stamina to make the climb, and would have a really hard time getting up there with anything bigger than a carry on bag. I have no idea how they got the sofa and beds up there!We stayed with our three kids aged 10, 13 and 16, and we all loved it. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with a table for 6, two bedrooms, cozy tv and sofa area and a well-equipped kitchen. The hosts are very responsive.We especially appreciated the air conditioning—a rarity, but definitely key in helping us sleep through the 38 degree Celsius nights! *HOT TIP: After a long day of walking in the sun, we would come home and open the four massive sunroofs and the many huge windows to get a lovely cross breeze to let out the hot air. We would then go out to dinner, get back late at night and shut the windows and turn on the AC to sleep.If you need perfect dark and quiet to sleep, then ear plugs and eye mask will help.The washer/dryer combo was also really convenient.Would gladly stay again!
