This beautiful location has 2 bedrooms. 1 large bath, and sleeps 6. One room has a king bed and the other two queen sized beds. There is a futon available to make room for other guests. There is a fire place available to keep you warm and cozy on cool nights, beautiful walking trails, and you can stargaze from the heated spa!

Fantastic stay!

The hosts are just the lovliest people, and they did so much to make our stay enjoyable. What a great set-up for our weekend. Would stay here again in heart beat!

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

Absolutely loved the place and the host.... great fun fishing, trails, and heated pool and hottub.. so spacious inside definitely will be going back whole family loved it! Go ahead and reserve

Iā€™m feeling generous

Iā€™m feeling generous so I will share this little gem. I hesitate bc we want this place all to ourselves. This obliterates any staycation weā€™ve ever had. It should be covered by health insurance itā€™s so refreshing! Highly recommend you bring your small family here.

If you are looking for a beautiful, quiet getaway in the country, this is the place you are looking for. You are surrounded by fishing ponds, nature trails, and farm animals that you can visit and pet their sweet heads. After enjoying the farm, you can come back to the house and relax at the pool and hot tub. The house is just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of a college town, but close enough that you can be in the middle of all the excitement in minutes. We would definitely stay their again. Everything about the property was exactly as listed. Pictures do not do justice for this beautiful place. My family and I had an amazing time. Very relaxing and peaceful at the property. We will be back!

Such a sweet place

Beverly is so sweet. We loved the property. The only thing I saw is that the bathroom is a Jack and Jill with one toilet. I saw 1.5 bathrooms in the listing and believed that to include a full bath and a half bath (with second toilet). There may be a second toilet but we didnā€™t see it. However, it also wasnā€™t an issue for us. Would definitely stay again!

Relaxing place to be

This property was by far one of the best we have ever stayed in. The farm was so peaceful and relaxing. I cooked every day and had everything I needed. The farm animals made our stay 10x better. I felt like I was in heaven. The master bedroom bed was so comfortable. I got my best sleep at the farm. The hot tub and pool were also very nice. We spent quite a few nights under the stars in the hot tub. The hosts were very responsive and very friendly. I almost donā€™t want anyone to know about this place because then I wonā€™t be able to book again because it wonā€™t be available. We will most certainly be back. Oh and by the way the listing doesnā€™t say anything about smoke detectors, but they definitely do have them. I noticed several throughout the house.

Nice getaway

The activities at this property are fantastic including the pool and nature trails, as well as the available fishing. The listing could be more clear that this is not a completely separate property from the owners. However, the owners are so nice and accommodating that it wasnā€™t really an issue. Just be aware if you are looking for more privacy.

All we dreamed about and then some!

We had an amazing little adventure ā€˜Down on the farmā€™. Was hands down one of our favorite places to date. The pool was just what we needed on a hot summer day and night swimming was also delightful. Loved the lakes and trails and it was very relaxing listening to the sounds of nature as we grilled and enjoyed the company. The house had just about everything you could want and was well stocked with towels and blankets and a really nice set up for watching movies or playing games together. Hope to be back in future and wish the hosts nothing but the best. Thanks for making our stay memorable and for opening up your property to us in the way you did. Best wishes - Chris & Toya W

Amazing Weekend Getaway!!!

This property was amazing!! Beverly is so nice and had everything stocked - TP, paper towels, Trashbags and Shampoo!! Kids loved the pool, husband loved the SPA! There's plenty of pool towels available too! We baked a cake and celebrated hubby's birthday!! Went fishing in the ponds. Kids walked the trails. We watched the Goats and Chickens and listened to nature. We loved night swimming! We definitely can't wait to come back!

We Loved The Farm

This is a beautiful property in a beautiful setting. The host was amazing and we never wanted for anything. Most of our time was relaxing by the pool and in the hot tub. It was a great few days away!

Charming farm close to Athens

We came to the area for a Uga football game. We donā€™t mind driving outside of Athens to stay but like close enough to drive in for dinner and then for tailgating and the game. This property fits the bill. The hosts were so gracious and the property was beautiful. We were only there for a short time but would stay again and maybe add a night to enjoy the property.

Great getaway

We live in Athens but love this place when weā€™re looking to get away from town for a short stay. Pool and patio is wonderful, always clean and beautiful. The property is full of life and is a lot of fun to explore! We loved the projector addition, as well. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

Excellent place to stay!

Our Host was the best! She did everything to accommodate me and my family, she took me to her beautiful garden and offered us fresh vegetables from her garden! She made us feel at home. The home is beautiful, definitely a hidden gem. The pool was awesome and the nights here are amazing!!!! I will definitely be back!!!! Ms Beverly was a pleasure to meetā¤ļø I would definitely recommend staying here.
