Our place is walking distance to the Resort, downtown shops/restaurants, Tubbs Hill, Lake Coeur d'Alene/Sanders Beach, McEuen Park & more! You’ll love our place because of the amazing access to all downtown Cda has to offer. Our place is great for couples, business travelers, families (with kids) and groups. Book a romantic getaway, and explore the natural surroundings or participate in a variety of community events. Enjoy winter recreation at its finest, unique holiday shopping, lake cruises, indoor water parks, special holiday festivities, live performing arts and more. Plus delight in a wide range of restaurants, a local winery and several local breweries. Don't forget the beautiful various Ski resorts which are anywhere from a 30 minute drive to a 90 minute drive from the Prime location of this home! As the weather starts to warm, it’s time to head outside. Take your pick from golfing, hiking, paddling, climbing, biking, or however else you like to play. Spring is a great time to plan a trip to Silver wood Theme Park. If you’re not ready to step outside, visit one of the area’s indoor water parks. Don’t miss the Downtown Art Walk, the Wine Extravaganza, the weekly Downtown Farmer’s Market, Live After 5, and Car d’Lane. This city was made for summer. This town hosts two separate Iron man events as well. Catch a round of golf while in season. Hoist a seasonal beverage at the Oktoberfest celebration. There couldn’t be a more perfect place to spend time this winter than Coeur d’Alene. With magical holiday celebrations such as "Journey to the North Pole" and the light celebration show cruise onto Lake Coeur d’Alene.

Coeur d’Alene Hiawatha trail family trip.

The property is in a great location. We were able to walk to restaurants, beach and hiking trail. The beds were wonderful and we had a great stay.

Great Property! Walking distance to downtown and in a great neighborhood. The only issue we had was only one burner worked on the stove and the oven didn't work at all. But all in all it was a great property to stay at.

Property is in a great location & easy to find. Owners were very responsive & accommodating to provide equipment that I should have (but didn’t) request in advance. We left a note regarding a couple of minor maintenance issues that the owners probably aren’t aware of as they don’t live there & aren’t really a big enough deal to report, but overall a great place to stay. Check in/check out is as easy as it gets!

The location was Great- easy walk to downtown. The house has AC and cools the main floor nicely but does not cool the upstairs and unfortunately that is where 2 out of 3 bedrooms are. The hot tub had hot water but none of the jets worked so that was very disappointing.

Everything was great except for the air conditioning. Upstairs was very hot and those sleeping up there did not get to sleep until about 2 am and still slept with no covers even with fans on.

Birthday Getaway

It was my girlfriend’s birthday and we were looking for a centralized place for our close friends and family to be able to stay and enjoy the downtown scene! The house was fantastic and was just a short walk to downtown for food and events! Would very much recommend this place for others and would love to come back again!

Great historic home near the heart of the city

A beautiful historic home just a couple blocks from the heart of downtown. Four bedrooms made for plenty of privacy for our larger group. We loved walking to the bakery for coffee and breakfast before exploring the park and lake.

Great location, comfortable stay.

We were a group of five women from one family who wanted an overnight retreat. This was a harming, clean home close to Coeur d’Alene Resort and beach. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We enjoyed using the hot tub and the conversation area in the living room. We recommend this home for a great stay.

We love sharing this beautiful piece of history with others. We love the area and have been living local for nearly 20 years now. We have a few other vacation rentals and enjoy enabling others to travel and stay in our homes away from homes! I manage other homes and enjoy the interactions but love how remote this process has become for those who are worried about meeting or if wanting to meet we can arrange. The self check in process has really enhanced everything. We stress our energies in providing our guests with the best experience possible. Thank you for considering our home!
