This lovely, spacious property can be found within walking distance of the centre of Playa Blanca and offers four bedrooms and three shower rooms. It is detached, with a private swimming pool.
INTERIOR
Living Room:
The front door opens straight into the airy living room that has a large, L shaped sofa, coffee table and TV with IPTV Mag box, supplying BBC/ITV/CH4/CH5, box sets, films, Sky channels and much more. WIFI is provided at no additional charge.
Dining Room:
Doors lead to a separate dining area with seating for 6. Double doors lead out to the sun and pool terrace. A selection of books are provided for your convenience.
Kitchen:
The fully fitted kitchen leads off from the living room. It is equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable, self-catering stay, including dishwasher, oven, hob and large fridge freezer. There is a utility area leading off from the kitchen which houses the washing machine.
Bedrooms and Shower Rooms:
Bedroom 1
King size bedroom with bedside tables and dressing room. There is an ensuite shower room (refurbished December 2024) consisting of WC, twin washbasins with lighted vanity mirrors and a large walk in shower.
Bedroom 2
King size bed with bedside table, stand alone wardrobe. Ensuite with WC, single wash basin with vanity mirror and step in shower, with screen.
Bedroom 3
King size bed with bedside tables, reading lamps and fitted wardrobes.
Bedroom 4
Twin beds with bedside table, lamp and a chest of drawers.

EXTERIOR
Pool and Sun Terraces:
The spacious sun and pool terrace offers shaded alfresco dining and sunbeds for 6 around the private electrically heated (November to April inclusive) 7m x 3.5m swimming pool. You will find the large charcoal Canarian BBQ situated close to the alfresco dining area.

OTHER INFORMATION
The villa is protected by a Verisure intruder alarm monitoring system which has internal cameras in communal areas which take photos when the alarm is set off.
Location:
This Property is approximately 1.5 kms out from the town centre of Playa Blanca or just a 3-minute taxi ride away and there are reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi services allowing you to explore all areas easily. The readily available taxi service cost to/from town centre from the villa is approximately €4.00 (2024).
Parking and Accessibility:
There is off road parking for 1 vehicle. The villa is all on one level.
Cleaning Service:
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional linen & towel change weekly or mid stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels provided. Pool/beach towels are provided for your convenience.
Additional cleaning can be provided upon request, at an additional charge. Please enquire.
Prices and Occupancy:
Prices are based on up to 4 people sharing. Guests over 4 have a supplement charge. First child under the age of 2 years stays free, Cots and highchairs available, upon request, at an additional cost of 20€ per week, per item. A refundable Damage Bond of 400€ is payable or the Accidental Damage Waiver has to be taken.
