Spacious, bright and comfortable, the unit is located one half block from the ever-popular 44th Street beach, and walking distance to several favorite commercial establishments. Park the car in the garage, and navigate the area on foot or on bike like the locals! Here's what you'll find:

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: If the Full size bed cannot accommodate 2 sleepers in your group, 1 Twin trifold floor mat, or Twin rollaway bed can be rented (extra linens/pillows included). Consider your sleeping arrangements when booking. (floor mats are better suited for children) Make arrangements in advance to ensure delivery in time for your arrival. Maximum number of overnight guests is 6.

LOCATION: Best of all is the close proximity to the hugely popular 44th Street beach: well-known for its great surf and inviting shoreline. A longtime local favorite, there is something for everyone to enjoy here! Every convenience imaginable is within easy walking or biking distance from this home: from the well-stocked Pavilions grocery store and various eateries, to the lively yet quaint Newport Pier area, and so many more destinations in between, including banks, a pharmacy, full-size movie theater, restaurants, and shops for all ages to enjoy. Guests can park their cars once and not use them again until departure day!
The beachfront boardwalk and bike path extension, which run almost a 6-mile length of the peninsula, facilitates a great transportation corridor for pedestrians and bicycles. It's the best way to get around town to avoid any parking and traffic hassles, too!
NOTE: During the summer months, the entire property - both upstairs and downstairs units - are connected and available for weekly bookings to accommodate a maximum total of 14 guests in 5 bedrooms/4 bathrooms! Please see separate listing or contact our office.
LINENS: All bed/bath/kitchen/beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning/linen fee and are attractively installed.
RECREATIONAL GEAR: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: bikes, child seats, trailers, body boards, surfboards, ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, jogger strollers, twin rollaway beds, and much more!
