Quiet Neighborhood walking distance to many family friendly activities. You can drive to Schlitterbahn and Moody Gardens in about 10 minutes. You can drive to the Strand in about 3 minutes. You can walk to the beach in about 2 minutes without children and about 6 minutes with children. You can walk to the park in about 3 minutes as well with tennis courts, skate park, splash pad and playground.
