Imagine beautifully furnished, beachfront condominiums located in the paradise of Destin, Florida. Enjoy romantic sunsets, cool Gulf breezes, sugar white sands, and the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Located directly on the most beautiful, sugar-white sand beach on the Emerald Coast, only three stories high with 47 units, our atmosphere is more of a beachfront getaway than a high-rise resort, yet convenient to restaurants, golf, fishing, and theme parks. And beach service, which includes a large beach umbrella and 2 reclinable beach chairs, is included with every reservation from March 1 to October 31. This 840 square foot, one-bedroom unit sleeps up to 6. It features a living/dining room with a patio overlooking the beach, a fully equipped kitchen, a hallway bunk alcove, king master bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa.

This unit includes: • Master bedroom with king size bed • 2 full bath • Built-in bunk beds in alcove • Fully equipped kitchen • Quartz countertop • Luxury Vinyl flooring • Living/dining area • Queen sleeper sofa. Property amenities include: • Every unit offers beachfront views to the Gulf of Mexico • Private beachside balconies • 280 ft. private Gulf front beach • Heated swimming pool and jacuzzi (beachside) • Seasonal Beach Service, included (2 chairs & 1 umbrella) • Gas grill area • Elevator • Free Wi-Fi • Cable TV • Free parking • Complimentary fitness pass • A washer/dryer is located inside the condo for your convenience. This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

Condo was very cute and clean, just like the pictures. Great location, walk out of the condo right on to the beach or pool. Right in middle of everything we wanted to do in Destin whether we walked or took a short drive. We will definitely be back and would stay here again!

Great place to stay right on the beach. It’s a smaller place so not as packed… would definitely stay here again. Only thing I seen was no broom in the room only a vacuum! Overall it was great 😁

Summer Vacay

We are a family of four with two small children. This location was exactly what we were looking for. The condo was cool and cozy. We felt right at home! The view from the balcony was breathtakingly beautiful. Calm, low-key, and a super quick walk down to the water. The pool was beautiful at night a great way to cool off as the sun goes down. Close to all the fun & yummy restaurants and just a 2 min drive to Walmart just incase you forget something. Great rides and amusement parks right across the street that you can walk to. This was all in all a great stay for us. We will definitely be back!

Relax and Rewind

Overall it was excellent… was not happy with the locks on the doors but maintenance came within 5 minutes of calling with a solution ( wedge alarm door stop) we had a two year old so that worked out well…steps from the beach … chairs provided were a plus … the room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the emerald waters… I felt that more cleaning products should have been provided and more towels for our five day stay … but we managed… I will definitely be back … loved the time spent on the beach !

Nice condo directly on the beach! Beautiful white sand and the clearest emerald green water!
