Näkymät Persianlahdelle makuuhuoneesta, olohuoneesta ja suuresta parvekkeesta sekä Karibian tyylistä sisustuksesta, jossa on tummat lehtipuut, tekevät tästä 1450 neliön jalasta, kaksi makuuhuonetta, kaksi-kylpy kolmas kerros osakehuoneisto vuokralaisen suosikki. Täysin varustettu keittiö sisältää mikroaaltouuni, astianpesukone ja pesula-alue, jossa on täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivaaja. Muita ominaisuuksia ovat 10 jalka katot, joissa on runsas holvikatto, olohuoneessa ja ruokailuhuoneessa, kattotuuletin, keskuslämmitys ja ilmastointi sekä suuri isompi kylpyamme, jossa on poreallas, erillinen lasisuihku, kaksinkertainen turhamaisuus ja paljon kaappitilaa.

Monet henkilökohtaiset kosketukset tekevät tästä laitteesta kodin. Vieraiden käyttöön tarjottuja lisämukavuuksia ovat rantapyyhkeet, tuolit ja lelut sekä elokuvat ja CD-levyt. Kaiken kaikkiaan sisustus on lämmin, ja siinä on hiljaa hienostunut "West Indies" -motiivi, johon kuuluu vanhanaikaisia tummia puuliuskat, kruunumuotteja kaikissa huoneissa ja untuvapeite olohuoneessa. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd time staying in 305E, our 5th time total at the Martinique. Our first stay at 305E was great, cleanliness was great. This time we were a bit disappointed with the cleanliness. It's pet free, but there was cat hair all over the furniture and I am allergic to cats. We also found numerous small broken plastic pieces in the living room and dining room, and we have 3 small children. I would also recommend upgrading the toilets to be larger. Overall we love the Martinique and intend to come back next year but try a house instead.

Beautiful and well equipped condo, photos don’t do it justice. If you tire of walking on the beach, manicured grounds and sidewalks make walking the neighborhood is easy, safe, and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

As long-time customers, we'd love to see Aronov offer a "frequent-visitors club" to include discounts, especially off-season.

Winter Getaway

Location and ocean views are great and beach is beautiful and private. Both bathrooms have been remodeled recently and are very nice. The layout is perfect for having guests, with a large dining table. The property is close to several good restaurants and Gulf Shores/Orange Beach are close by with numerous restaurants. We would definitely recommend this property! Our only criticism is the bed in the master bedroom which needs a new mattress. Otherwise, we rate this property a 5 out of 5.

One other suggestion - instructions for switching thermostat from cooling to heating would be helpful.

The living room TV quit working on day #2 and the maintenance and management replaced as soon as possible. We appreciated the quick response and had no hassles in getting that issue addressed. The grounds as always were well maintained. I would recommend a door stop be installed at the front entrance to condominiums as moving vacation gear is difficult to wrangle through the door on carts. We will see all next year.

Recent interior changes have further enhanced its charm and appeal, as well. Among other features, the balcony offers great views, but also seems to pick up favorable air movement when temperatures heat up (the only suggestion for this space--the chairs seem too short for the table). We'd not hesitate to recommend this beautiful unit to anyone seeking a wonderful beach escape (the low-key atmosphere at Martinique has always been a terrific bonus along with its location adjacent to Bon Secour NWR). Privilege to again stay in 305 East at Martinique!

The extra bedroom in our condo had 2 twin beds with 2 trundle beds. We were disappointed that there were no mattresses in the trundle beds during our stay since that meant one of our family members had to sleep on the couch. Not idea but at least the regular couch was comfortable!

Another win at Martinique!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was just my wife and me for a 12 day stay. We loved staying in the East condo on the third floor. The view toward Bon Secour and beach is unobstructed by boardwalks, roads, parking lots, etc., just pure nature. We really liked the keypad entry - nice to not have to worry about a key. The balcony and master bedroom windows are wonderfully private. We enjoyed just about every meal outside and left the blinds up and curtains open just about 24/7. Both bathrooms were great. This condo has a very well stocked kitchen - all the gadgets, serving utensils, pots and pans you need if you want to cook your own food. As always, check-in was easy and the condo was clean. We hardly watched television so we can't vouch for how all that worked but the sound bar was easy to connect to our iphones and we enjoyed that. We didn't use the second bedroom so we can't speak for how those beds were. Don't be alarmed by the noisy icemaker near the sink; it works fine. It just sounds like a dishwasher at times throughout the day.
