Welcome to our home away from home. We are so glad you are here!! Island Shores 154 is a 2 bed 2 full bath condo located Gulf Front!! Go to sleep and wake up to the views and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico. This is the place you have been looking for.
We just completed a full remodel (Jan. 2025). Our unit is on the bottom floor. Walk out the door directly to the white sandy beaches of Gulf Shores Alabama. Island Shores is located .6 miles East of the Highway 59 intersection, which is the heart of Gulf Shores.



Island Shores is within walking distance to shops, dining, fishing and nightlife. Island Shores is a low density 6 story complex with only 60 units.

Complex amenities include: Internet, WiFi, cable, outdoor swimming pool, boardwalk to the beach, outdoor shower and a credit card-operated laundry room on the ground floor.

All New Furniture!!!!
The Master Bedroom has a brand new memory foam king mattress. It also has a 50" Smart TV, ceiling fan and attached full bath.

The brand new fully renovated Kitchen is stocked with everything you may need during your stay. Included are a drip coffee maker, Keurig, air fryer, blender, toaster and crock pot. An abundant supply of cooking utensils and cookware. The kitchen opens up to the 4 top dining room table.

In the Living Room, you will find floor to ceiling glass sliding doors that lead to panoramic Gulf Views. The sunsets are amazing!!! The sofa is also a full size sofa sleeper. Two swivel chairs add to comfortability. It also has a 50" smart tv if you get tired of looking at the ocean.

The Second Bedroom has a new queen memory foam mattress. It has a beautiful ocean view along with a 43" Smart TV on the wall.
There is a full second bathroom for guest to use.

The first level views of the ocean make it feel like you are sitting on the white sandy beaches.

Check in was super easy and the condo was wonderful! It was very clean and so cute. The pictures are spot on. It fit our family with 3 littles great! We loved it was on the bottom floor so no hiking stairs. Jason did a fantastic job getting us the check in and check out info. We would recommend his property!

This was our first time to Gulf Shores and we had a great time!This unit location is amazing!! The interior design is cute and trendy- I also thought the Island Shores Borrow Box was a nice touch for sharing bulky beach items! We will stay here again, likely next year!!

Great condo

This is a great condo. Great appliances and best pots and pans I have ever used at condo. The complex has a bin with toys and things available for the kids to use! 5-10 min drive to most all restaurants.

This condo was exactly as described and perfect for my little family of 4! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and I loved having two full bathrooms. Would book again in a heartbeat. Loved being on the first floor and so close to the water.

Hi, I’m Jason! Epic Properties began years ago when I, originally from Ohio, settled in Franklin, Tennessee after college and bought my first condo in Gulf Shores. What started as one property quickly turned into a passion for creating a better, more personal way for families to vacation.

Today, my wife, February, helps decorate, style, and photograph our condos to give each one that welcoming, coastal feel guests love, and our daughter, Kaylee, manages the marketing and design.

We live in Franklin, TN, about seven hours north of the beach, and never miss a chance to head south to the sand. We now own seven condos in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, and I personally manage each one to make sure it’s well‑maintained and ready for your arrival.

We hope you’ll stay with us, unwind, and love the ocean as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Gulf Shores because it has the perfect balance of fun and calm. Some days we’re out exploring local shops, state parks, and restaurants — and other days we just sit on the balcony, listen to the waves, and enjoy the peaceful, uncrowded beach right outside. The beaches here are wide, clean, and beautiful, and over the years the area has only gotten better — new spots to eat right on the sand, great weather year‑round, and endless things to do for all ages.
