Top floor, Beautiful Park City Ski Condo

This spacious 1 bedroom condo on the top floor is one of the larger units in the Carriage House. It's also at the end of a hallway making it one of the quietest as well. It has 1 full Bath + a .25 bath in the bedroom. It has a full kitchen and is equipped with a warm fireplace. New bathroom flooring and bathtub Nov/23. New 12” memory foam bed mattress, new sofa with recliners and dining room chairs Oct/21. We put in new carpet and the unit was newly painted as of September 2017.

The Carriage House offers many amenities to make your stay more comfortable such as an outdoor pool, jacuzzi, common areas and coin-op laundry facilities.The charming central courtyard is a perfect place to relax in the sun and take advantage of the outdoor grill.

Park City Base Area and the boutiques, galleries, restaurants and nightlife of Park City’s Historic Main Street are only a mile away, easily accessible via the free city buses that arrive every 10 minutes directly in front of Carriage House Condominiums.

If you choose to come for the Sundance Film Festival you'll be right in the heart of the action as our complex is right next door to the Marriott which is the headquarters for the festival.

Guests who favor Nordic skiing are just a block away from the popular Union Pacific Rail Trail, a 30-mile-long biking trail that transforms into a spectacular and scenic cross country ski trail in the winter.

Loved being on top floor where it was quiet, though the heater was a bit noisy. It is partially remodeled tastefully; could use a bit of functional updating tho nothing that would deter staying there again. Really enjoyed my time there, and the hot tub is great. Some notes for the renter would be very helpful, but the host is quite responsive to questions.

Great communication with the owner and beyond accommodating!! Shuttle to the ski area is 30 second walk across the street 10 minute ride to the lift and operates like a Swiss clock every 5 times an hour . Nice view from balcony,nice big community Hottub ,perfect ski pad complete with fire place,kitchenette comfy bed and jacuzzi tub in the condo. Loved everything about it!!

Clean, Simple, Comfortable

This condo unit is on the 4th floor, and it is in a quiet area of town. Free busses make it quite easy to get around, although we did rent a car to get to/from the airport on our own schedule, and did not regret it. We did use the fireplace quite a bit and it was very cozy, although we had to keep the bedroom heater turned off at night because it is rather loud. The shower/tub were spotless and great, and there is a good blowdryer for hair although I'm not sure that amenity is listed. Full-sized fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker helped us save $$ on eating out. Recommended!

My father and I have had 2 condos in the Carriage house since the 90's. PC was always our go to ski area. Now that my dad quit skiing and I spend 7 months a year traveling outside of the USA, we're not using the condo as much anymore. I spend most of my time working and competing in paragliding competitions around the world. I also take time off to work as a Whitewater guide in some of the most amazing places on planet earth.

Why they chose this property

The amazing Wasatch Mountains bring Park City to life. From skiing and hiking to mountain biking, it is hard to beat the mighty Wasatch. These mountains made me fall in love with Park City and always make me come back for more. Our condo in the Carriage House is situated in a quaint area of Park City with new restaurants and bars only a few steps away.

What makes this property unique

Nice thing about Park City is that you don't need to drive when going out. Free public buses take you everywhere you need to go in town and there is a bus stop right next to the Carriage House.
