Bed's include 2 queens, 1 double, and a California king. Parking is more than ample with space for 2 cars in the garage, 3 in the driveway, and street parking.

Amenities include 200MB WiFi, 4 smart TV's with Netflix, Amazon, HBO and Apple TVs, Sonos sound system throughout including rear patio, pool table, ping pong, chess table, bocce ball and bag toss.

The kitchen is well stocked and includes dishwasher, built-in GE Monogram fridge, dual ovens, 6 burner stove top and granite counter tops. The outdoor kitchen includes 3 burner DCS BBQ with infra-red burner and infra-red rotisserie, side burner, warming drawer, cutting block, sink, fridge and beer tap. The rear deck provides a table and seating for 8. The BBQ counter also serves as a counter top bar with swivel chairs for seating. Two wing-back lounge chairs face the fire pit. The gazebo has a 42” high round table and 5 swivel high-back bar stools.
