14ft x 35ft pool just fully refurbished November 2025.
This villa is fully air-conditioned and has 4 nice size bedrooms. Master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, en-suite with walk-in shower, bath, twin sink dresser, and toilet. The second bedroom has a large built-in wardrobe, en-suite with shower bath and toilet. The third bedroom has a double bed built-in wardrobe with a bathroom opposite with shower, bath sink and toilet. The fourth bedroom has twin beds with built-in wardrobe and shares the bathroom opposite with the third bedroom.
There is a large family room with very comfortable L shaped settee, with a separate settee in the quiet alcove. There is a large TV, stereo unit, and book library.
This villa has a well equipped modern kitchen with everything you are likely to need for your catering. There is a dining room with a table that seats eight.
The pool area has a large pool ( villa pools in Florida are normally very small) 35foot long with spa, both can be heated if required. Please note there will be an additional charge for the pool and spa to be heated. If you choose to pay the additional cost the pool/Spa will be heated to 86 degrees. Pool side furniture is available.
Now free Tennis courts on site.

Perfect

This is the best Villa we have stayed in, fantastic pool, views and facilities. Drives out vary in time depending on what time you leave. Space centre was 1.5 hours away on the east coast and well worth it. Had a great break with a mix of lounging and going out- pool was a godsend given the hottest week of the year so far in Kissimmee .

Not Luxury but very good.

The good:Spotless home. Cleaned perfectly. Everything listed was accurate. Private for a residential neighborhood. Secure. The bad:The towels and washcloths were total rags and junk. Not sure why nice linens is so difficult. Also, really nice master bath and the shower had the cheapest shower head I’ve seen. We ended up taking showers in the 3rd bathroom. Which was very nice. The pool is nice but was very dirty. I asked the host to have it cleaned and it never was. Over all a very nice home. Just a few adjustments and this would be a must stay.

Family holiday

Beautiful location, however we found it to be a little too far out from the parks and other amenities. Quick response from the owner regarding cleaning the pool, but feel the pool could do with a little TLC.

Great place.

Beautiful place ! Only negative was hot tub was not hot at night. It got very warm during day when turned on but at night never got warm. We did pay extra for it to be heated.

Excellent villa and beautiful surroundings.

Fantastic villa and location in complex. Communication and response from host fantastic. Outdoor seating around pool area and number of seating options was excellent. Traffic to universal parks was very heavy around Christmas time, taking approximately 60 mins. We an issue with pool lighting, but was resolved after contacting the management team. Lovely bedrooms, comfy sofa and excellent views from pool area. Would recommend.

Wonderful home

Home was as described. Very clean and comfortable. The water view was to die for! Hosts are great to work with. Communication was excellent. The property managers took care of the small issues we had in an orderly fashion. We had a wonderful stay. Would definitely stay again.

This property was exactly as described. We enjoyed the large pool immensely. The instructions for the garbage/recycle were crystal clear as were any other instructions left by the owner.

Eventful trip

Was initially concerned that Villa was not in our usual comfort zone, no worries at all, all Disney Parks 20-25 mins traffic dependent. Loved the wildlife on the lake at the rear including Gators which we saw a few times. Bit of a family medical issue during our stay but the property managers Debs and Gary were brilliant in offering support with scanning documents etc for the insurance company, gated and regular security patrols also gave reassurance. Summer holidays review

We enjoyed our holidays in this house. We had little issues but very quickly we were in touch with the owners and the management company. We had a very good communication and everything was solved quickly. We really enjoyed the outside pool and the view to the lake. We saw turtles, otters, fish and even alligators in it. The house has got everything you need and has got plenty of room. Very nice!

What a perfect house! everything was perfect. Would suggest better mattresses - not very comfortable. Paid for heat for the pool and did NOT need to in July. It was actually too hot to enjoy with the heater on (now I know). Other than that, five stars!

Beautiful Home with Private Property

The home was very clean and reasonably close to everything we needed. Property is beautifully located on the end of a cul de sac. Refreshing pool was welcomed after a long day hot day and the hot tub even more so after being on our feet all day. Property manager was contacted and responded promptly to a minor issue with the pool heat. Wildlife in the backyard with the ducks becoming our pets after an almost 2-week stay. Would highly recommend and would definitely back again!!

Amazing vacation rental

We were very pleased with this house and all of the amenities offered! The pool was great and the view was beautiful. The house was very clean upon arrival and the check in process was flawless. The furniture was comfortable and everyone in the family made themselves at home in the space. The property manager was very responsive to any inquiries we made and we would definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

Another great at this home away from home

This is our third time renting this house and I hope there will be another opportunity to rent in the future. The house is great, and we used the pool everyday. Saw lots of wildlife from eagles, cranes, and geckos. Quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend this place.

The house has a little worn feel. The property was beautiful and the views were awesome. The patio area and the pool were worth the cost.

Location good

Enjoyed our stay due to location and sunshine, wildlife including Gators in the water close by, outside space was nice and sunny Property disappointedly was tired and needs refurbishment and a lot of TLC for a number of issues Area of main concern were Carpets and rugs looked dirty and stained which were pointed out to managers along with constant barking dogs close by from one villa .At times loud music at weekends from one villa opposite between 1500hrs up to 2230 hours ,which is a shame as its not the fault of the owners .Villa advertised as very quiet which was the main reason we chose it

Great villa and sunny place to stay for the fam

Nice clean place, easy communication with host and property manager, equipped with everything needed for the family. Dollar General around the corner had everything else needed in terms of extra soaps toiletries and condiments for an extended stay. Nice family friendly location.

We live in Romford, Essex, married for 28 years with two now grown up boys. I am a retired fire-fighter and now run a small building company with my youngest son Bradley. My wife Deb runs a local lettings agency, she once owned.
We bought this villa in 2006.
We take great pride in our home in Florida, we spend as much time as we can at the house and treat it as our second home. We decorate and furnish as if it was our full time home, to our taste and quality, we hope you will enjoy it as much as us, and trust you appriciate, and respect this.

We could not believe our luck finding this house.
It ticked all the boxes, a large well laid out villa on a large plot on a fantastic community, Crescent Lakes. With a near zero crime rate we know our house will be safe from any crime.
The pool has sun all day, you can see the sunrise and sunset.
Only 20 mins from all the attractions.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The main advantages are the bigger than usual pool with spa.
The very private pool area, and right next to the beautiful lake, full of amazing wildlife.
A bonus is the lake is full of fish and I love fishing.
