Just FYI-Trash pick up day is Monday morning. Recycling pick up day is Wednesday afternoon.

Home is clean and spacious. It was very close to all the activities we had planned. We didn't really take advantage of all the kitchen area had to offer(appliances, dishes, cooking utensils) but it is very well stocked. The house is very nice and quite comfortable. The only issue that we had was that the front steps were slick from snow and ice after a storm. That made them a bit dangerous, especially because there was no handrail by the lower steps.

My husband and I have lived in this neighborhood since 1997. I was born in Louisville and my husband grew up in California. I am a retired nurse now realtor and my husband is a general contractor and has been doing home renovations since 2007.
We both graduated from the University of Louisville. We started our home sharing adventure in May of 2017 and have absolutely loved meeting people from all over the country. We would love to host people from other countries too. Everyone we have met has been so considerate and come visit for a variety of reasons from KY Derby to sporting events to just wanting to meet up with old friends. Let us know why you are coming to visit and we will try to accommodate and enhance your stay.
