Welcome to your home away from home in Germantown! This is a huge 2nd floor apartment of a newly constructed duplex home with all the modern conveniences, comfort, and style! Close to everything cool! Large parking pad in the back for registered guests or street parking in the front. -We also offer a Wellness Nook which includes a yoga mat, exercise bands, yoga pose wall guide, stress reducing adult coloring books and markers/pencils.

Getting ready is a breeze! Primary bedroom has en-suite bathroom with spa-like shower and all essential amenities such as towels, hairdryer, shampoo, and full length mirror. Both bedrooms have a medium firm queen bed complete with linens, pillows, extra bedding/blankets if needed. Blackout cellular blinds are in both bedrooms for the perfect sleeping environment and restful nights. Smart TVs, closets, dressers, and nightstands in each bedroom as well.
Hi-speed internet is included for your entertainment and business needs.
The open concept kitchen and living room are great for chilling in the swivel rocker chairs, watching the 75 inch TV and dining in our fully stocked kitchen. 4 counter stools nestle up to the island for noshing and chatting about the days itinerary. We've thought of everything for you!
And if you don't feel like cooking, there are plenty of local eateries, bars, and shops for you to spend your time. Louisville is a Foodie Town!

I was born and raised in Louisville, Ky! My husband and I moved to this neighborhood in 1997 and wouldn't live anywhere else in Louisville! We started hosting in 2017 as a side hustle and now have 8 homes in the neighborhood that we own and manage.
We love meeting our guests, hearing their travel stories, and telling them about all the great things to do and see and EAT in Louisville!

Brand new top floor 2 bedroom, 2 full bath unit with private parking pad in the back for guests! Hard to find!
Germantown is steeped in history and is known for it's local vibe. We enjoy walking to dinner or riding our golf cart around the neighborhood to local restaurants, shops, and events. The energy of the neighborhood is vibrant and active, always something going on but having your home as a hub can be relaxing after the day's events.

If you have a larger group you can rent the downstairs 2bdrm/2bath as well-sleeps 4.
We also own the houses on either side as well and they also operate as short term rentals- each home is a 1 bedroom and accommodates up to 4 people each.
We know every nook of this house because we built it from scratch! We love the warmth of the natural light in this upstairs getaway! You can sit in the rocker/swivel chairs and look out the front windows while you drink your morning cup and read a book or surf the web. -We also offer a Wellness Nook which includes a yoga mat, exercise bands, yoga pose wall guide, stress reducing adult coloring books and markers/pencils. Cook a meal in the fully stocked kitchen or just enjoy some coffee around the island with your loved ones.
The parking pad in the back adds to the ease of "always having a spot". All of our properties are monitored on the exterior of the home by cameras for additional peace of mind.
We're happy to host your next stay!
