Disfruta de nuestro condominio de dos habitaciones limpio y asequible en el canal. Tiene su propio muelle para pescar, traiga su bote o use el muelle para pescar, hacer kayak o disfrutar del sol. ¡Dos kayaks están incluidos en el alquiler! ¡Su muelle está cerca de Springs - (un largo baño o un remo corto en kayak), el lugar ideal para observar manatíes o bucear!

Nuestra cocina totalmente equipada tiene todo lo que necesita para cocinar: refrigerador, cafetera, licuadora, estufa y horno de tamaño completo, y microondas, además de todos los utensilios, utensilios de cocina y platos nuevos.

El dormitorio cuenta con una gran cama de matrimonio con sábanas de alta calidad. La vista desde su cama da al patio trasero y al canal donde puede ser recibido por un manatí o un delfín por la mañana nadando.

El barrio tranquilo es seguro y protegido. ¡Hay un restaurante, una tienda de buceo, un parque nacional y un bar al aire libre al atardecer a cinco minutos a pie!

Una gran tienda de comestibles está a dos minutos. Un gran centro comercial con ocho teatros está a diez minutos en coche. ¡Te encantará la ubicación, tener tantos restaurantes, bancos y tiendas tan cerca y tener la naturaleza aún más cerca!

I stay in a lot of VRBO’s so I really appreciate honest, helpful reviews so here goes:Pros: It is literally right next to 3 sisters springs, so if that’s what you’re here to see it is perfect. You can kayak right down early in the morning or before sunset when all the crowds aren’t there. You can kayak out further but past the canals there are so many boats that it’s kind of rough. It’s clean! The condo itself is pretty outdated but it’s clean so if you’re not looking for anything fancy it’s perfect. If you don’t like stairs do be aware though that the bedrooms are upstairs. Location is pretty central if you’re hitting all the springs. Communication was great!! Cons: Not much privacy. There are 4 units total & the little patio areas are right next to each other. The kayaks are in pretty rough shape (but they are included). That’s the whole reason we rented the condo & both the seat backs were broken off & one has a leak in it & fills with water. Hope this helps!!! We weren’t disappointed in our stay.

The location was amazing! The check in process was great. The only complaint is that the top bunk bed was full of sand. It leads me to believe those sheets were not changed prior to our visit. Overall, the facilities were clean, accessible and accommodating.

Great Place

Nice two story condo. Very clean and in a beautiful area. Neighbor next door, Patty, is an absolute sweetheart, and had an adorable little dog she let my boys run around and play with. We had our own boat dock. The docking was a little tight but we all need to work. Overall it was a great experience. Thank you very much.

The place was nice enough. The kitchen sink is leaking and the neighbor has a dog that jumped on our kids and tried repeatedly to come in the back door. We would have to run around to the gate and go in the front because the dog wouldn’t stay out or go home. It is a short paddle to the springs and they are beautiful.

Overall a Great Stay

Location was great for kayaking. Kayaks and the docks ranged from good to needing repair, but we and the other guests shared the better facilities. Beds were very comfortable, and location was quiet. Cleanliness was good, although, there were floor fans which were very dirty. Place is old and has some outside wood decay, but nothing too serious considering the hurricanes they have been through. Second story balcony not recommended for pets or children, but did provide a pleasant sitting area. Neighbor in unit 2 appears to live there, but she and her dog were pleasant. Neighborhood very quiet. Parking (2 marked spaces per unit) was not a problem.

Great check in, location on canal was great. Pete was great when I contacted him for a problem on our part and he knew exactly what we had done (we were at wrong rental place).

Great clean place with amazing location!

Thank you for sharing your home! Clean place with everything you could need to enjoy your time on the water. Best location by far to see manatees and other wildlife in the area. Easy check in and check out. The kayaks were fun and within 5 minutes you are on face to face with manatees. Very nice area and very clean. Thanks again

Location is excellent, 5 min to see manatees by kayak. We visited the springs every morning and really enjoyed swimming/kayaking with manatees

Comfy stay for Manatee Lovers

Cant beat the location. Great for manatee lovers and close to Three Sisters and great restaurants. Communicative property manager and easy check in and out. Had the absolute best birthday weekend. Perfect for us and just a cute property. Would def book again.

Swim with manatees

Unfortunately our stay came right after 2 major hurricanes. Place looks great after the storm damages. No manatees were sighted at Three Sisters Spring due to hurricanes. Homosassa was closed during our stay due to damages. Most restaurants were open for businesses.

Perfect for children

The location of this home is perfect for children. We felt safe the whole time. The kayaks are defiantly an added benefit as we were able to be at the springs or seeing manatees right from the home. We will be back!

Excellent location and wonderful people

This location is perfect if you are looking to kayak to three sisters springs, it could not have been better, not only did we get to experience the manatees in the springs, but they were in the canal 20ft from the dock. Also a HUGE shout out to Pete,super nice guy, and one of the most gracious hosts I have ever experienced, wish I had more stars to give.

Not good review

The property is in a great location. But the unit (3) needs updating. Shower liner was nasty and plainly not changed in a long time. The wall cabinet by kitchen sink has stains from something running down. The docks were rotten and boards were loose and needs repair. The upstairs balcony flooring looks like dock boards. Plus the wood at bottom of front downstairs windows looked rotten. The entire building needs painting. There are 8 parking spaces-2 per unit but there was a boat and trailer parked there that did not belong plus another boat and trailer on grass. Plus smoking is not allowed inside units but is outside and if you are a non-smoker and others are outside smoking it is annoying.

trip hazzard

the rug coming from kitchen into living room is rolled up. It really needs double sided tape to keep it down. that being out of the way our stay was wonderful. Everyone was so very friendly so many things to do. Everyone must have breakfast at Grannies. dinner at Dan's Clams whole belly clams that I love and is hard to get gown here.

We like the laid back sleepy little town feel and fell in love with the areas springs, specifically Three Sisters. What started as a weekend get a way has turned into a wonderful place we are happy to share.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We chose Crystal River because I grew up close to the springs and remember swimming in them as a kid. I enjoyed frequent field trips and summer camps to see the manatees and swim in the springs. My first scuba trip was in King Springs, around the corner from our place. We hope you enjoy the area as much as we have....

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Crystal River is a quiet little town with plenty to offer. Three Sisters springs are beautiful and less than a 2 minute paddle from our back yard. On any given morning you can see manatees and dolphin swim by our dock, boat or paddle to waterfront restaurants and enjoy the nature preserve in Kings Bay. A 7 mile scenic boat ride takes you to the Gulf of Mexico where there is fantastic fishing, nature viewing and in the summer, scallop harvesting. You will enjoy near by Homosassa Wildlife Park and Indian burial grounds which leave a lot to explore. Golf courses, bike/hiking trails close will allow for an active vacation if desired.
