Tämä tilava 1 717 neliön jalkainen 4 makuuhuoneen, 3-kylpyhuoneen huoneisto tarjoaa 10 vuodepaikkaa kuudella vuoteella ja alle viisikymmentä metriä Perun ja Argentiinan hiihtohisseistä. Siinä on luonnonkaunis näköala kahdesta yksityisestä parvekkeesta. Se on myös päivitetty keittiö ja puulämmitteinen takka olohuoneessa.

Tässä toisessa kerroksessa käytävällä on sisäänkäynti, jossa on asennetut koukut. Olohuoneessa on modernit huonekalut ja taulu-tv puulämmitteisen takan yläpuolelle. Olohuoneesta pääsee pääsyyn parvekkeelle, josta voit nauttia kauniista näkymistä sisäpihalle toisella puolella.

Täysikokoinen keittiö on varustettu kaikilla välttämättömillä keittiövälineillä ja astioilla, jotka tekevät aterian poissa kotoa, ja niissä on ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, graniittitasot ja mukautetut kalusteet. Ruokailutila mahtuu mukavasti kuuteen ja kolme ylimääräistä paikkaa aamiaisbaarissa. Vain alas saliin pääset yksityiseen pyykinpesuun ja pesuainetta on tarjolla.

Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, taulu-tv ja oma parveke. Omassa kylpyhuoneessa on kaksinkertainen pesuallas graniittitasoilla ja lasisuljettu suihkukaappi, jossa on laatta. Nauti kämmen- ja sadesuihkut. Ensimmäisessä vierashuoneessa on queen-size-vuode, täysikokoinen ulosvedettävä ja taulutelevisio. Lisävaatteet ja peitot ovat kaapissa. Siinä on myös oma kylpyhuone. Toisessa vierashuoneessa on queen-size-vuode, taulutelevisio ja oma kylpyhuone, jota vieraat voivat käyttää. Kaikissa kylpyhuoneissa on pyyhkeet ja ensiapuvarusteita. Kolmas vierashuone on pois tärkeimmästä olohuoneesta ja siinä on hengen kokoinen vuode, jossa on vyöryä. Siellä on myös oma sisäänkäynti tärkeimpään parvekkeeseen.

Beautiful Place to stay

WE love how close it is to the Bunny slopes. Our Granddaughters learned to ski this year. Very close to Peru lift. The view from the condo is beautiful.

Great unit 5 minute walk to lift. Easy in and out when skiing, to drop back in for lunch. Kitchen had all we needed to do our cooking. (except microwave/miniconvection oven didn't work or we couldn't figure out how to use it. Some instructions would be helpful) Unit was well appointed and very clean. Three bedrooms were great, each with full bathrooms. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Fourth 'bedroom' didn't have privacy due to windows directly into living area and only has a small wall heater which was inadequate to keep the room warm enough. No firewood was available for the fireplace, also. Would stay there again.

Not bad, but needs some maintenance

Overall, you can not beat the location. Steps away from Peru lift. Clean and spaces were good. However, the kitchen needs some attention...pots and pans need to be replaced. TV's are old. The room off the living area is very cold as other reviewers have stated, and you need to be prepared for that. Would be nice to have additional blankets provided above what was already there. We had to add our own blankets and brought a space heater.

Good for a ski trip

We enjoyed our stay here. The walk to the slopes was short and easy. The condo had plenty of room for our party of 8. The only problem was one of the shower knobs was difficult to use.

Nice condo

Overall this condo is in a wonderful location and is very spacious and clean. Each room having its own private bathroom was really nice. We had a blast-even saw a moose. However, on a note of transparency to renters the condo does have a lot of wear and tear in it. Mainly cosmetic things though.

A lovely weekend getaway

Every year my husband and I have a family mountain getaway with our respective sisters. This unit was more than spacious for the four of us and our stay was very comfortable. We had an issue with the TV in the primary bedroom but the management staff was responsive and helped take care of it. We personaly thought the beds were a bit soft, and the winter comforter on the bed was too heavy for this time of year. We called the management office and they were able to change out the comforters for lighter weight blankets. We thought the unit could use some light updates and we would have appreciated more hooks in the bathrooms; but other than that we had an enjoyable stay.

Awesome location!

This condos location really can’t get any better. It’s maybe a one minute walk to the lift. The condo itself is pretty nice and very spacious. Three full bathrooms is nice as well. The check in process however is best described as a scavenger hunt. You get texted instructions that are WAY to complicated and over worded with three different addresses and information in a non sequential order. You literally have to go to a strip center, find an office, go inside, find a lock box, enter a code, find your envelope, then find a gate to a parking lot that’s through a parking lot with no address. Combine all of that with it being in an unfamiliar location, dark outside and snowing. WAY over complicated!!! While it’s likely not the property managers fault, the condo’s address ( which they provide to you ) does take you to the condos gate. However, it’s a “owners only” gate. Once you’ve navigated around to the other side of the building by getting back on the highway you have literally traveled about 3 miles to get to the “guest” gate. You then can finally enter the condos parking lot then to park for this unit you literally park about 20ft from the gate you were not allowed to come through. It’s absolutely ridiculous and one million percent frustrating and unnecessary. Lastly, I would assume it was also the property manager but someone sent a repair man to our condo at 6pm for maintenance we didn’t request. That’s not something anyone is going to be interested in on their vacation.

The problem we had was when we left. I made a huge mistake and left my purse inside and after an ordeal with the rude housekeeper I checked and 300 dollars was missing. And the follow up of it was a joke. So after speaking ding a ton of money renting them so my family could be a part of my daughters celebration of life it was a really upsetting end to the trip

Note to the owner, the place was dirty. We are paying $175 for cleaning and this place was not clean. Marinara on the counter, Shampoo foam, soap scum, hair in the showers, dirty toilet....and zero paper towels or cleaning supplies to tidy up. I would have words with your management company if I were you. Other than that, love this place.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was exactly as described online and very comfortable. We did, however, have a major problem with the parking arrangements. I called weeks in advance and even drove to the property a week before to make sense of how a condo that sleeps nine only allows one car to park. In the winter ski months, I understand that parking may be limited, but this condo community felt like a literal ghost town in June. We had to pay $25 a day to park a mile away from our condo, which meant shuttling each other to cars every day of our stay. This was so inconvenient we would not book this condo again. We would’ve happily paid extra to park on site in one of the hundreds of available spaces near our condo. This, plus having to drive to Breckenridge every day to find anything to do, means you’re better off just staying in Breck if you’re looking to book this condo in the summer.

Advertised as 4 bedroom. The 4th bedroom was an unheated freezing room. Uncomfortable furniture. Kitchen has broken faucet. Door to master bath not functional. Master bath shower floods master bath toilet due to poor design.

Terrific place to stay for a multiple couple stay in Keystone

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were attending a festival at River Run in Keystone with 3 couples. The condo was perfect as it was in walking distance of the event, had 3 rooms (each with their own bathroom), and had all the accommodations we needed. We mark this as a 4 overall due to 2 items. (a)The hot tub from the unit above leaked into the den causing us to work with maintenance. This was no fault of the unit owners but took time to deal with. Maintenance set up fans to dry out the room and they were noisy (b) had trouble finding the key card gate to the unit. Residence have a opener for the main gate but renters can't use it. Instructions did not state which gate to use.
