Great Location

Our family of six-sons and daughters-in-law-agreed this is our favorite places we’ve stayed in. True ski in ski out. Great location. You can definitely walk into the center of downtown. Although the walk up is not as easy as the walk down . The house was better than expected. Each couple had their own space. Very clean. Management company responded very quickly with any questions we had. Our only complaint was we needed more lights! So, yes, it’s that great of a place when all we wanted was more lights! We will definitely book again.

Wonderful place, location, and value

Everything was as described. Check in was a breeze, and everything that the host said would be there was there. Space well reflected in the pictures. Pros:- Location- spacious for value- parking is heated - made exit easy to have everything dry and melted off- kitchen and living space were ideal for groups to hang out togetherThings to be aware of:- the heater does make some light noises when running during the night. I used a white noise machine and fan and didnt notice after that. - the ski-out part is flawless and easy. It is also ski-in but I would suggest you carry some speed through the catwalk onto the snowflake run, otherwise you’ll be pole pushing or ski skating for a couple hundred yards. Maybe it has more slope later in winter. Still well worth it just wish someone had said that on comments!I’m sure I could find more things to list if I were looking for issues but we didn’t have any so just a big thank you for the hospitality and communication.

Family Vacation

We had four children and four adults and it allowed us enough space to all enjoy and still come together for all the important times! It was such a quick bus ride to Main Street and there was so much to do in the surrounding area! The house is beautiful that at times we didn't even want to leave! It was wonderful for the kids to see some of the adults "ski out and ski in" each day and so convenient with a lift right outside the backdoor! We would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a getaway!

BEAUTIFUL inside and out.

The location was an easy walk/bike ride to Main Street. The views from the balcony are AMAZING! The rooms were spread out, therefore we all had privacy. Love it

Great Location and Plenty of Space

The ski out was great but the ski is a bit challenging for snowboarders. The house was clean, well-stocked with all the necessary tools to feed a large group. Loved the heated garage - perfect for our gear to dry out overnight and the views from the house and hot tub were fantastic. Would highly recommend.

We had a great experience and enjoyed a high quality family time. True ski in, not so much ski out. It requires some exercise to be back to the house through snowflake trail (catwalk), but it is a great property and the lift runs a few yards from the house. We will definitely recommend it and surely will rent it again. The rental company staff is 5 stars.

Ski to/from the garage!

Lots of "ski in ski out" really means a long trek in ski boots to and from a lift, but his house is literally on the run. Could not be more convenient at the beginning and end of the day, and for a quick lunch stop at home too. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking all of our meals and there was a generous supply of towels for bathrooms and hot tub. We've rented a number of homes in Breck and our family agreed unanimously that this was the best. We'll be back!

Great Ski in Ski out

This is our second stay in this neighborhood and it is a great place. We enjoyed the direct access to snowflake run out the back door and we would ski out every morning to snowflake lift down the hill. The house is stocked with everything you need for cooking, bedding and bathing. We never ran out of supplies. Given it is less than a 5 minute drive to Main Street you can’t beat that convenience and you can easily walk to Main Street too. We definitely plan to stay again.

This Rental Was a Disaster!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rented this townhome in June 2023, and the company (River Ridge Rentals) knew it would be painted around that time but still rented it - never notified us about potential painting in the listing or rental contract.We arrived to stay in a painting construction zone for 3 nights. River Ridge at first claimed to not know it was being painted, then told us there was nothing they would do - wouldn't move us to a different house; wouldn't refund one penny of a $450/night rental. Later, in an email, River Ridge claimed it was a "gesture of goodwill" to let us out the remaining 2 nights as we abandoned our vacation due to this house situation. Buyer beware of this company! If you stay in one of their houses, expect River Ridge to do nothing for you if anything goes wrong, and keep the number of the Breckenridge short term rental nuisance hotline handy ().

Great House. NOT NOT NOT a true ski in/ski out.

Reviewer Comments: The rental property was perfect; the "true" ski in/ski out was NOT a true ski in/out.True Ski in/Ski out = Coffee at 7am and notice great day to ski. Go to partially heated (yet cool) mud room to “gear up.” Walk out door, lock into skis and ski down to lift. Couple of runs and return for breakfast. Downhill ski directly to mud room, take off skis, into the mud room, remove excess gear and into the house.This property was NOT TRUE ski in/out.The Ski Out part: After coffee, I gear up outside on porch (facing street not slope). To the garage for skis. Trudge through 2 feet of snow to back of the house. Put on skis and down to the lift. There is a ground level exit but it’s a bedroom! If people are sleeping it can’t be used. You can’t bring ski gear into the house. So skis have to be taken through the snow to back of the house.The Ski In part: Ski down trail toward rental and hit 0.3-mile flat snow-covered surface. Cross country ski or take off skis and walk to house. (Note: property description does not say true “cross country” ski in/ski out!) Remove skis, leave behind house. Can’t use ground level entrance as people asleep in bedroom. If not, enter with snow covered gear?? Back through snow again to front porch and remove gear.Week, wonderful! Skiing, amazing! I wanted TRUE ski in/out experience. I paid a lot more than other rentals for that experience. The experience was not what was advertised. Had I known, I may have looked elsewhere but at least would have known the ACTUAL set up. The description of slope access is NOT accurate.I asked many skiers on lifts their definition of true ski in/out. They agreed with my description. They thought rental not accurately described when told actual slope access. A partial refund is in order for the inaccurate description. Family & I NOT disappointed with property or service but were VERY disappointed by the

There was a problem with the heat in the basement bedrooms, but the maintenance guy brought us two space heaters. Sounds like this was a problem before for other visitors. It is an expensive rental to have a worry about turning off the heaters when you go out, then come home to a freezing bedroom.

Exceptional breckenridge home/location

Looking for a home to fit 6 -8 people, located within walking distance of mining town breckenridge, ski in out within 100 yds of a lift, in an exclusive neighborhood overlooking the mountains? I thought so. Look no further than this place. A garage for the vehicle/ a grill on the deck/ a private hot tub / Ive been visiting breck for 25 years. My family has grown and we need space and location. Come stay here and have no regrets.

Spacious place for 8!

The property and location were great. However, there are some minor improvements that could be made to make the stay even better. There are no chairs on the main floor on the patio and should be so people can sit and mingle. Also, we couldn't find an ironing board, no indoor broom/dust pan, no mop - basic cleaning supplies that we think should be available for a week long stay. Thanks.
