Second stay at condo this year. Will definitely apply for a return stay. Condo is fully furnished and has quality kitchen appliances and accessories. As senior citizens, we find the ground floor location convenient with easy access.

We loved the convenience of the location and walkability to downtown Winter Park. The condo was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a weekend stay!

Perfect in town location

Nice place. Manager made sure we had all of the info we needed coming in and had some nice welcome info and snacks waiting for us. Would definitely use again for next WP trip.

FABULOUS ACCOMMODATIONS

This was a great place: very clean, well stocked with necessities, great location, place to lock bikes, easy parking, well explained entry and departure instructions. Nothing to improve on...we'll absolutely stay here again.

Rented about 4 days before trip for a quick getaway. Great place, very nice. Not the best mattress but did not ruin trip.

Great Place

Awesome location; walk to all of downtown. Super clean and well equipped. We weren't sure about a ground floor but this condo is perfectly set up, especially if you have a pup!

Amazing ski rental

Could not ask for a better property - I do ski trips every year, and this is one of the better rentals I have stayed in. Extremely clean and well-equipped, easy parking and check in process, nice area, and close to the slopes. Could not ask for more!
