Ponce Inlet South House

This is a very nice house on a large lot across Atlantic Avenue from the beach. Access to the beach is easy, especially with the cart provided to carry beach toys, chairs, etc. There were 10 of us, 6 adults and 4 kids. It worked very well. There were some minor things that needed to be done maintenance-wise but nothing was really an issue, i.e., they didn't get in the way of a nice beach vacation.

Thank you for the stay and the review. We too believe the house is great for a family beach getaway! Sorry about the maintenance issues with shower and toilet. It’s hard to catch all the malfunctions during summers quick schedule. At least when occupants let me know I can get each item fixed. Thanks for fixing the shower. Handy vacationers are very helpful. Wonderful stay!

The place is so well laid out and everything is so well kept. The property inside and out live up. The weather let us enjoy the outside. With a fire going in the pit in the back yard, you forget anyone else is around. When does that ever happen in FL? Many thanks!

Second stay

This is the second year we have rented this house. It is perfect for our extended family to get together. Lots of space to spread out, only one block from beach access and a wonderful pool in the backyard. We will be back!

Although the pictures show most of the home, I was not expecting it to be as large and spacious as it was when we arrived. The pool and backyard were amazing as well. I'd highly recommend this rental and hope to return again in the future.

The Perfect Beach House!

My family and I stayed here for 5 days to celebrate the 4th of July and our aunt's 85th birthday and the only regret I had was not staying longer. This house was beyond perfect for us. It's literally an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and the house was huge with a lot of amenities (pool, grill, firepit, etc). There were 9 of us staying here and the house was so big that at times I felt that I was alone even when my entire family was there. We were so comfortable in the house that even though we were in the area for 5 days, we only left the house to go grocery shopping, the beach and to our aunt's birthday party. My family loved it so much that they are ready to book again for next year. We will definitely be back!

The best week ever!

My family and I had the best week ever. We had plenty of parking. The house was clean and comfortable. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. The pool with hot tub was great. We built a fire in the pit in the big back yard. The location is perfect. The walk to the quiet beach was pleasant and took just minutes. We also walked to the tiki bar. The lighthouse was a short bike ride away. So much fun. Can't wait to go back!

We love this home. My husband moved to Ponce Inlet in 1956 when there were only a few homes and racing was a delight to watch from his front porch. We raised our two sons here and continue to live in Ponce Inlet. We take pride in how the home is kept and love when visitors enjoy the house like we have over the years.
