We had a good stay at the property. Communication with the owner was seamless, except for the first time. We had trouble getting hold of them for over 5 days until the checkin and had to call vrbo. Support team helped us there and then on we were able to communicate via the app with no issues. The property had new bathrooms and a functioning kitchen. Day2 we had issues with hot water and had to inform the owner. There is a switch that has to stay on all the time for it to work, this would have been good if added to the checkin instructions. The water would still flip flop to cold-hot-cold though. Unfortunately we were there right in the middle of the heat wave and didn't have enough fans to go around. The handle of the French door that open outside was broken and couldn't be opened either. The wi-fi worked in the living room & kitchen but not in the bedrooms. And not sure if it a London thing, the bathrooms didn't have outlets for hair dryers etc. The Sainsbury that is right outside the property was a lifesaver for several of our needs. Also proximity to the wine bar (right outside), restaurants and several small shops near by was very useful. There were several bus stops close by that would take you to the city or to other locations that you wanted to go. Most of the travel could be accomplished by bus and we didn't have to take the tube much. We thought we would get stuck in traffic as we were over ground, but that didn't happen. It was overall a great stay.
