The terrace garden studio - central and cosy!
Set in a central city location, this welcoming studio offers a stylish and comfortable place to stay. Minutes walk from the river Thames and epic london views, as well as major shopping like TKmax & primark, and restaurants like the Michelin star River Cafe and traditional river side pubs.
You’ll have your own private 10 sqm patio, ideal for enjoying breakfast outdoors or relaxing with a coffee.
Inside, the studio includes a Smart TV with popular streaming apps, a washer–dryer, and a compact countertop oven to make simple meals easy.
The sleeping area features a brand-new UK double bed with a high-quality mattress. There is also a small double sofa bed (120 cm wide) that can accommodate a third guest—please let us know in advance if you would like this prepared.
The private studio is situated on a quiet residential street. It is south-facing, while the patio faces west, making it a great spot to enjoy the evening sunset.
Located on the ground floor, the home offers direct access to the private patio. Entry is via a shared corridor, but the studio itself is completely private.
The retro-style kitchenette is fitted with a mini fridge-freezer, a compact countertop oven with two hobs, a microwave, and a washer–dryer. The kitchen tap provides filtered, drinkable water. A new Smart TV is provided and comes with apps such as Netflix, ready for you to sign in.
For warmer days, there is a mobile air-cooling unit with adjustable settings (this is not built-in or US-style air conditioning).
This is a cozy and thoughtfully designed 19 sqm studio, offering all essential comforts along with a lovely 10 sqm private patio for your exclusive use.

Guests will have access to the quiet courtyard.
This is a private studio apartment on the ground floor of a terraced house. After the main street entrance, the studio is located straight ahead. There is one step at the main entrance and one step to the flat.
Lockbox access is located on the premises for easy self-check in and self-check-out.
The standard room rates are for 2 people occupancy and any additional guest will be charged per night. Recommended occupancy is for 3 guests. If you would like to have more guests then send us a message.
If you are more than 2 guests then you will need the sofa bed, so make a request for it when you book. There will be an additional one-off GBP53 set up and linen charge that will be sent to you when you make the request.
If your group are 2 guests, and would like the sofa bed set up, do request and the one-time setup and linen fee of GBP53 will be sent across.
We do allow one service animal, and we use a professional cleaning company post any furry friend visit and that is why there is an additional pet fee so be sure to book them in when you reserve.
There is a £53 set-up fee for the sofa-bed, to cover linen, laundry & set up. Please note, linen is not stored at the property - requests for sofa-bed to be made well in advance. Requests made after the reservation starts requiring a second housekeeping visit will be charged at GBP95.
We have a travel cot and high-chair, subject to availability so please book well in advance.
If you are bringing a pet then do book them in because there is a fee! We only allow one pet in the flat, though do reach out to discuss further.
Parking: there is plenty of parking on the road. There is paid parking from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. After 5pm and weekends are free. Parking can be paid via the Ringo App.
There are also 2 car parks 5 minutes walk away: ParkBee Green Parking St. Augustine Car Park Hammersmith Do refer to their websites for updated prices, currently showing rates of up to 12 hours at £26.

Hosting parties are not permitted with any and all damages to be paid for. No smoking please, except in garden with terrace doors closed.
Remove shoes in the entrance corridor, can store in shoe bench. Do not wipe make-up off on towels, use tissues. All ruined towels will be charged.
Smoking ok in the balcony - make sure to dispose of ash and cigarette butts and ash considerately and close terrace doors, so smoke doesn't go inside

Absolutely loved our stay!The home is super cosy and comfortable, I felt happy here, especially enjoying the terrace - even had some sun in February!The riverwalk a few minutes away is very scenic and felt like a grand sense of London.Will be back!

I had to do a last minute business trip and this flat was a great place to rest my head! It is cosy and the patio is the best part because its very private and is a great place to have a meal or just read. I was lucky to get a free early check in, the host wanted to make sure I had a good trip. The flat is very nicely decorated, and has a good workspace. It was easy to get to all my meetings cause I was so close to Hammersmith tube station which has 3 different tube lines and so many bus connections.
