El Kamaole Beach Park III está frente al exclusivo Maui Kamaole. Esta propiedad cuenta con un exuberante paisaje tropical, dos hermosas áreas de piscina con jacuzzis y fuentes de agua. It’s like coming home and I love that feeling when we step off the plane. We are always sad to leave. We also have always stayed at Maui Kamaole because it’s quiet and in the perfect location for South Maui access.The stay this time had minor issues. First all, it was easy to keep clean with the LVP flooring, a must with sand that follows you in from the beach, regardless of how much you shower before you enter. Bed was super comfy and had great sleeps. Although I love minimalist design, we could have a few more things provided. The kitchen had one towel and zero dishcloths. As a couple, I don’t always want to use the dishwasher for our few things we use, There were no BBQ utensils, and using the provided utensils was not ideal as they were silicone. The master shower was not spotless, some hair was left behind. The master shower had horrible water pressure as well, so we had the use the main small shower for our stay, which was not ideal. One more thing, white/light towels are beautiful but not ideal if you get a stain on them as there is no stain removal provided for laundry. We were very careful not to get something on them, but that’s a worry I don’t need to have on holidays..This home was beautiful and the location for every sunset was superp. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Great ocean view

Nice property. Well stocked kitchen. Nice sized patio allows for space to dine or relax. Manager very attentive and fixed washing machine twice on short notice. Beautiful sunsets from the deck. Good new AC and updates.

Ok for 2 people, not 4

Pros: very clean, great view, great split A C , nice decor. Cons: Back patio needs cleaning badly, code lock on door works on and off. Rentals Maui did come out twice and finally left us a key. Whole door lock needs to be replaced. The WORST problem with this unit is the so called hide a bed sofa. It’s a joke. It has about a 2 inch cheap foam “mattress”. Our adult son lost a day of vacation due to a bad back from the hide a bed. The couch is uncomfortable to sit on. The owners need to spend $1,000 to $1,500 to make the unit perfect

Comfortable and ideal location

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and comfortable. We turned the ac off when out of the condo and it quickly cooled it down when we returned. We enjoyed the view and the easy walk across the street to swim and watch the sunset at the beach. The kitchen and beach supplies closet were well stocked. Rentals Maui was great to work with - they were always prompt to respond to our questions and provided all the info we needed. If you are traveling with a partner on a slightly different sleep schedule, note that the sink portion of the master bath doesn't have a door separating it from the bedroom. The second bathroom came in handy. We ditto the comment that the pull out sofa bed is not ideal. We were glad to support the people of Maui and hope to return soon!

Comfortable, great location, full of amenities!

Our family had a wonderful time vacationing in Kihei and staying at this condo! It is well-stocked with plenty of beach gear and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare many of our meals in. It was clean and comfortable, and check-in/check-out was very easy. The king bed in the master was comfortable and a new mattress for the pull-out couch would make this condo even more comfortable. We definitely recommend this condo!

Wonderful!

My husband and I feel like we won the lottery of condos for our Maui vacation. The unit is located in a perfect spot right across from the beach. There's miles of walking just south and an easy walk to take a dip in the salt water. The condo is roomy, updated and pleasantly decorated. I spent much of my time relaxing on the lanai. Air conditioning is quiet and efficient. The complex is quiet and well managed and has beautiful gardens. We would love to come back and stay again!

Fantastic Stay

I can't say enough good things about our experience with this property and property managers. The whole process was seamless, they were very accommodating for an earlier check in, which we really appreciated after a long trip with our kid. The house is perfect, I was very impressed by how well equipped the kitchen was, and all of the beach gear, coolers, umbrella, snorkel gear, made our trip that much easier and better. Our favorite part of definitely the lanai/patio, we had breakfast there every morning, watched gorgeous sunrises and fully enjoyed our time there. The location is excellent, right in front of Kam III, the property is beautiful and we had a lot of fun at both pool areas. Excellent experience throughout, highly recommend.

Pining for my lanai

Back to reality in a cold Canadian climate and every few minutes I remember that last week I was sitting on our condo patio, listening to birdsong in the morning, watching whales in the afternoon, and soaking up the sunsets every evening. The condo was perfect for me and my two boys -- the gear provided for the beach was unreal (Yeti cooler? So awesome) and covered every need. The bedroom was always cool at night with the ultra silent air con on, and the whole unit was always cool and comfortable. I miss the sound of the roosters, who during our stay were pretty conscientious and didn't get going until around 6:00 a.m. The unit is equipped with everything you could possibly need and everything you didn't know you needed. I found our unit and the complex in general was quiet and private -- the layout is designed so that you rarely see people staying around you unless you are making an effort to find them. Mostly we are missing the lanai, where we spent most of our time watching the ocean, looking for geckos and listening to palms leaves rustle in the breeze. We are fully homesick and cannot wait to go back.
