Villa Morabeza is a five-star luxury beachfront villa located in an exclusive private gated community between Tamarindo and Langosta Beach. The town is only a short walk away, as well as the Langosta Beach Club. This villa includes membership to the club.
This 8-bedroom, 8.5-bathroom luxury villa comfortably accommodates big families, wedding groups, retreats, or groups of friends in a unique and private location.
Morabeza is both a word and a concept, a lifestyle, a way of seeing and understanding things and life. The word says it all, namely open spirit, welcoming, hospitable, relaxed, and all the good things. It is, in a way, very similar to what the word ‘aloha’ means to Hawaiian islanders.
This villa’s location is unique as it offers direct access to the beaches of Tamarindo and Playa Langosta (less than one minute's walk!) and a short 3-minute drive to town.
Villa Morabeza comfortably sleeps up to 20 people in comfort and style featuring four primary bedrooms with ocean views, one guest bedroom with an internal patio view, and two kids’ bedrooms, each with double bunk beds. Some bedrooms have outdoor showers with ocean views. There is a separate studio, adjacent to the villa with a queen size bed, full bathroom, table and kitchenette, ideal for family members who want privacy or staff visiting with you (babysitters, chefs, etc.)
The spacious living areas can be opened entirely towards the terrace, pool, and ocean view. The social area includes one big fully equipped kitchen and preparation kitchen, an island, and additional sitting at an integrated table. The dining area includes an 18-foot-long wooden table that will comfortably seat all 20 guests.
The very large outdoor terrace includes lounge areas around the pool and a second dining table in front of the beach with spectacular views perfect for enjoying a cocktail while viewing an amazing sunsets.

The beach and town are within walking distance, but car or golf cart rental is highly recommended.
