Spacious 3 story home with awesome views of the St. Simons Sound, Jekyll Island and the Sydney Lanier Bridge. There is an elevator with service from the ground floor garage to all three levels. The main living is on the 2nd floor and features a living/dining area with covered deck overlooking the ocean, a big kitchen with large island that seats 4, separate casual dining table with seating for 6, gathering area and balcony with a Green Egg grill.
Two master suites, one on the first floor with covered deck providing easy access to the grounds. The other is on the third floor overlooking the ocean with a private covered balcony, large bath with separate tub, shower and walk in closet. The third and fourth bedrooms located on the 3rd floor share a bath.
This oasis is the perfect place for a perfect vacation!
Although this home is ocean front, please note that beach access is tide dependent. At high tide, which occurs twice over 24 hours, the beach is mostly inaccessible. Beach access from our home relies on the public access that is located a few yards from our driveway. Though this is a public access, it is located on a short residential dead end street that does not receive much traffic.
Please no smoking in house and on decks and balconies.
Minimum age to rent is 25 and anyone under 25 must be accompanied by their parents
Each rental will receive a starter set of supplies for dishwasher, washing machine, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, coffee, tea, sugar and creamer. This starter set is for the renters convenience to be used until they make their trip to the store.
People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit.
Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors. No parties, wedding receptions or events.

Georgia Street Holding Company, LLC and the homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. No refunds will be given within 14 days of check in, this includes during hurricane season. We highly recommend travelers purchase Trip Interruption Insurance.
Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Guests are responsible for damage, missing items or extraordinary cleaning.
Only use appliances, including Green Egg, for their intended uses.
Dogs under 20 pounds and over 2 years old are allowed with owner approval, completed pet addendum and $150 fee.
Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Beach towels are provided.
