Overall, it was a good stay. The beds were uncomfortable and low water pressure in the kitchen. The floor didn't seem to have been swept before we arrived. Great location and we will consider booking again

Family getaway

Loved the location! The home has a beautiful well kept back yard with direct access to the Guadalupe; very roomy with spacious open concept living area. Will definitely book this house again!

Great stay!

We had 8 people including 4 children under 10 stay for a weekend and the house was great. The kids loved the riverfront access and the backyard. Only small complaint would be there was no tv or streaming box available, but there is WiFi, so bring a device if you want any live tv. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

Nice in November

Maricopa River Resort is perfectly laid out for three couples or a group of friends. Three full bathrooms for each wing and bedroom. The back porch is very tranquil with the Guad right there.

Perfect Spot

We really enjoyed Maricopa River Resort, perfect place for three generations (8) to be together under one roof! The home was clean and had everything we needed to spend some much needed vacation time as a family. Perfect spot on the river! Thank you SkyRun, see you again!!!

Great location!

Stayed the 1st weekend in September 2019. The house was a great size for a big group and the location was perfect. We could easily walk to several tube rental places. There was an issue with one of the toilets and they came and fixed it right away. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time, what a great place to kick back relax and enjoy Texas Hill Country. This property was very accommodating for four couples It has plenty of room and great access to so many places.. A true value for the money spent, well done.

Great Reunion Retreat

Our group of 6 ladies enjoyed this property very much. We were celebrating being friends for more than 50 years. The view is great! We mostly enjoyed our time on the back porch. The accommodations at this property worked perfectly for our group. The property management company was very helpful and responsive.

Vacation get away

Great property with good access to the river. Very roomy and able to fit our group. Several mentioned that the beds were hard so may want to consider upgrading matresses. Also a local business was noisy into the evening and night. Overall it is a beautiful property and we had a great stay

The house was so big & clean. It rained most of the time we were there but that did not ruin out vacation. Even the water was freezing we did go floating. We went to the Gristmill to eat & it was fabulous. The whole experience was memorable !

Beautiful house. Great location!

Everything about this place was 5-star. I would highly recommend this property for your river trip. The location was perfect with stores/gas just a short walk away. Sitting just north where tubers are dropped off, you are not right in the middle of the chaos. But you can watch it unfold all day long if you wish in your own spacious shoreline. Thanks for the great weekend!

Awesome place to stay

Amazing property! Since you can get in the river from the backyard we floated numerous times! Beautiful backyard and nice patio. Sleeps 8 which was perfect for us! The 3 full bathrooms were so helpful with multiple teenagers! The house is comfortable and clean! We enjoyed the family games provided at the property! Really can’t think of anything negative…it was awesome!
