Welcome to The Breakers ! Let your vacation begin ! Newly remodeled, all rooms freshly painted with soothing colors, new back-splash in kitchen, Master Bath with new Shower Stall !! Tastefully furnished with designer touches. This NON-SMOKING, two-bedroom, two-bath, 1200 square foot beachfront condo has a king-size bed in master bedroom, a queen side bed and a set of bunk beds in the guest bedroom, plus we have a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV. Relax in front of the 60 inch flat screen TV in the living room or watch a movie on the DVD player. We also have a DVD player in the master bedroom. The Master Bath has been remodeled with a tiled Shower stall and rain showerhead. The guest bathrooms is a tub/shower combination.
The newly remodeled kitchen has new appliances, including a double door refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, as well as a washer/dryer for your convenience. Enjoy the breathtaking views from the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom. Sit out on the balcony with your morning coffee or cool drinks in the afternoon. Watch the boats go by or try to count the schools of dolphins swimming just off the water's edge. Nothing between you and the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico except for the sugar white sand. The pool is beach side, the perfect place to "catch some rays" while relaxing on the ample lounge chairs.
LOCATION ! LOCATION ! LOCATION ! We are just across the street from three supermarkets, a dozen or more great restaurants, several ice cream shops, and an up-scale shopping center. Come see why The Breakers in Orange Beach is a favorite for return guests. You will want to come back again and again !

What makes this property unique

Only 32 condos in the whole building. You never have to wait on the elevator or run down to the beach or pool to grab a lounge chair at 7:00 in the moring ! Oh, did I mention we are Beachfront !!!!!
