Welcome to The Breakers ! Let your vacation begin ! Newly remodeled, all rooms freshly painted with soothing colors, new back-splash in kitchen, Master Bath with new Shower Stall !! Tastefully furnished with designer touches. This NON-SMOKING, two-bedroom, two-bath, 1200 square foot beachfront condo has a king-size bed in master bedroom, a queen side bed and a set of bunk beds in the guest bedroom, plus we have a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV. Relax in front of the 60 inch flat screen TV in the living room or watch a movie on the DVD player. We also have a DVD player in the master bedroom. The Master Bath has been remodeled with a tiled Shower stall and rain showerhead. The guest bathrooms is a tub/shower combination.
The newly remodeled kitchen has new appliances, including a double door refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, as well as a washer/dryer for your convenience. Enjoy the breathtaking views from the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom. Sit out on the balcony with your morning coffee or cool drinks in the afternoon. Watch the boats go by or try to count the schools of dolphins swimming just off the water's edge. Nothing between you and the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico except for the sugar white sand. The pool is beach side, the perfect place to "catch some rays" while relaxing on the ample lounge chairs.

Wow! I’ve stayed at several Orange Beach Gulf front condos, this was by far my favorite!

Great place to stay
My family and I loved our little condo! There was plenty of space for our three under 10 kiddos, my spouse, and I! It was right on the beach, and right across the street from all of the essential stores. It was also close by to some of the more reputable restaurants!

Orange Beach 2023
We had the most amazing week in this beautiful condo. It is so close to the beach, the pool, shopping, and restaurants. It had the most amazing views from the master bedroom and balcony. We hope to book again for next year.

Perfect!
This condo had a perfect view and location. It was small enough that we never waited in lines for the elevator and always had plenty of room
to spread out on the beach. Can’t wait to return.

Great Stay!
Great communication prior to arrival. Well maintained and decorated property. Great view and peaceful stay. Elevator was quick and there were carts available to move all your items. Everything we needed was included. Centrally located with many shops and dining options around. We will reach out again when we are in the area. Highly recommend!

Wonderful!
This is a beautiful place! We loved the condo! It was very nice. We had everything we needed for meal preparation and the condo was plenty large enough for our family of five. The view was beautiful! We would definitely stay again.

Our stay was fantastic! The pictures do not do the condo justice. The primary bedroom has such a beautiful view of the beach. So relaxing to wake up and watch the waves roll in. The second bedroom is a rare find - enough beds for 4 kids to sleep in the same room. For us, that was the deciding factor in choosing this condo. So glad we did. Great property in general and central location in Orange Beach. We will be back!

Perfect Ocean Stay
LOVED our stay! Would highly recommend. Property manager was quickly responsive to communication and we were able to check in a little early. The sunrises were lovely, plenty of shells to be collected and sandy perfect beaches to play on. Perfect location close to stores food and ice cream. Our family had a blast! Thanks!

Awesome Beach Vacation
Our stay was amazing. Owners were very polite and helpful. Property is very well kept. Pictures don't do the views justice. Watch dolphins from the balcony. You can walk to tons of stuff from the property. Only negative I can think of is the pool isn't heated, but that didn't stop the kids from swimming! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful View!
We loved the property and the condo, itself. The view was perfect!!! Everything was clean and well stocked. Some previous guests had left coffee filters and a pepper shaker, so that was 2 less things we needed. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a couple meals. Loved everything about it!
We stayed a week in Orange Beach for our sons baseball tournament in Kim’s condo number 53. It was the perfect vacation spot! The condo was very clean, fantastic location, and a breathtaking view. Kim was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We will absolutely stay here in the near future. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

LOCATION !!!! We are directly across the street from 3 supermarkets, more than a dozen restaurants and ice cream shops.
