Inside is a large open living room with massive fireplace, 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen bed, one with a double bed, 1 large master bedroom (w/king bed) on the main floor and a TV/4th bedroom perfect for kids to bunk together that has 2 double size futons. Most suited for 4 to 6 adults and smaller children. On the deck you will find a bbq and plenty of Muskoka chairs, as well as a relaxing outdoor seating area! We also have an outdoor firepit!! The view from the deck and main windows is south down the lake, just lovely! We are 5 kms away from the town of Coboconk which has the Patti House (famous local landspot!), a Subway, Foodland, beer store, LCBO. 20 minutes to Fenellon Falls, Bobcaygeon and Minden (home to the world famous Kawartha Dairy).
