GuestReady - Cozy Retreat in a Quiet Neighborhood
Welcome to my home!
The 110m2 property is a two-storey semi-detached house containing a new, integrated kitchen with fridge-freezer, hob, oven, microwave and all of the usual modern appliances. The dining area shares the same bright space with the kitchen and looks out onto a recently landscaped child-friendly garden through sliding doors.
The garden has a high fence on all sides for privacy an area to the rear and a tiled outdoor sitting area adjoining the house.
Back inside the house next to the kitchen-dining area is a living room with wall-mounted TV, two couches and plenty of space for the family to relax and spend time together.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms and one bathroom with storage space in between. All bedrooms are fitted with UK double beds.
In summary, the home is a warm, comfortable space for a couple or family to spend time together in a quiet neighbourhood in one of the safest and most sought-after areas in Dublin.

The neighbourhood is located in The Park in Cabinteely, which is a quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood with very little traffic. It is located beside Cabinteely Park, one of the most picturesque parks in south Dublin, complete with children´s playground, coffee shop and dog park.
The Park shopping centre is two minutes walk from the house and contains a small grocery store, Tesco Express, restaurant, Chinese takeaway, laundrette and creche/nursery.
Fifteen minutes walk is the large clothing and grocery retailer Dunnes Stores with everything needed for dining in the house. Twenty minutes walk away is the historic Cabinteely Village with restaurants and the local public house, The Horse and Hound.
Landmarks in the area include Killiney Hill, views of which can be seen from the front-door of the house, the shopping mecca of Dundrum, and the seaside town of Dún Laoghaire with its magnificent piers, all of which are within a short distance by car, bus or rail.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest bus station, Sycamore Drive (stop 3306), is just a 5-minute walk.
Dublin Airport is a 40-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.
If there is excessive electricity usage, you will be charged per KWT at the discretion of the owner.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
