A small office can be used as a non-conforming bedroom and contains a twin sized trundle bed. The main floor living space has mountain views, a gas fireplace and TV. The full kitchen includes a small breakfast area with seating for 4 (coming soon), a large gas range and a granite-topped island. The dining room with expandable table allows seating for up to 8. Accessed from the main floor, the large backyard including porch with gas grill provides a great sledding hill among the aspen trees as well as potential for wildlife viewing. The lowest floor of our tri-level home contains the 4th bedroom with a queen-sized futon (we use it as a large open playroom). Also a 3rd full bathroom and a large mudroom with laundry facilities (full sized washer and dryer). The playroom cabinet is fully stocked with games for fun family evenings after a big day outside. High speed internet and cable TV are available.
