Great property, perfect location being a few minutes walk from the station and easy access to all major sites. Super markets and bars/restaurants all can be found on the street outside. But it was the attention to the small details that made difference (hair drier/hand soap/ washing up liquid etc) that made it a real home from home stay. Thank you Sabrina

This apartment was ideal for us, a couple traveling with two friends. Everybody had space, and we also had a room where we could get together. Location is perfect. The beds were very comfortable . We are thankful that we were allowed to check in early as we landed in Florence very early and were too tired to start sightseeing. We highly recommend this apartment to anybody who travels to Florence .

Convenient to everything

The apartment is convenient to the train station, the farmers market, supermarket and a great restaurant Le Cappelle Medicee. The apartment was roomy and very clean. If there was one small disadvantage it was, we never met the owner. So when we tried to use the range we could not get it to work because we didn’t know there was a special button for the spark. Or how to use the shower in the small bathroom without an enclosure. Or the tumble dryer that was filled with towels and sheets. All these things could have been resolved if the owner had met us. The advantage was you could check in almost anytime. But overall the apartment was great and we enjoyed the stay.

Perfectly located and comfortable

The apartment was clean and comfortable. It had two large double bedrooms along with two bathrooms and a large kitchen diner . Fantastic location just by San Lorenzo which meant we were within minutes of all the main sites. It is also situated within a 5 minute walk of a tram stop where you can get a tram to Florence airport for €1.50. Despite its central location it was in a quiet street so there was no noise that we could hear . It was also surrounded by restaurants . I would highly recommend this apartment and would certainly stay there again if I return to this amazing city.

Great spot, comfortable

So quiet, couldn't hear a thing from outside. I am very susceptible to mold, didn't smell anything. Air conditioning worked very well

Fun, lively neighborhood

The apartment was as advertised, on the 3rd floor, so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs, but once there, quite comfortable and clean. The neighborhood was fun for just walking around with lots of restaurants and stores on the street. The washer and dryer were so helpful!

Great Location

The apartment is in the perfect location, you were able to walk everywhere and enjoy the beautiful sites of Florence. It is very clean, with washer and dryer and the walk up the stairs each day was like we were experiencing Florence as if we lived there. Sabrina was a great communicator, all the way up to our check-in., Very thorough with helping me to sign into WhatApp for messaging and calling. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great Apartment

The apartment is located close to the train station and all the sites are easy to walk to. The check in was very easy. You do need access to text messaging to do the check in. Just couldn’t use the ESIM card. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. Not an issue for us but might be for some. The apartment is clean, spacious and has a well equipped kitchen. It was great having both a washer and dryer. I would recommend this apartment for your stay in Florence.

Comfort in the Heart of Florence

We liked that the living space was all on one level (albeit on the 3rd floor; considered the 2nd floor in Europe). Plenty of room for two couples, with one true full bath and another "wet room" bath). Perfect location, within walking distance of all the major attractions. Would stay again.

Perfect Location

Great stay, walked out the front door into the hustle and bustle of a busy pedestrian only street. Very close to many eateries and markets. Walking distance to Duomo and chapels etc. Authentic Book a Batch, comfy beds but ensuite in main bedroom was very very small and compact. Did the job at the end of the day .

Excellent location

The location of this apartment is excellent! All major sites and the train station are just a short walk from this unit. The unit is quiet, yet the street below is lively and has many restaurants. There is a good breakfast place just down the street. The unit is spacious and the air conditioning was great during the heat of the summer. Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers) stayed her quite comfortably. Sabrina was excellent and responded quickly to all questions asked. She has a nice binder with good information in the unit and guidebooks to look through on her shelf. We had a great stay here and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Thank you Sabrina!!

Excellent location near train station

Great location. Just a few blocks from the train station. Right in the midst of Florence with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Host was excellent. Very comfortable space with plenty of room to spread out. Has a washer and dryer in the unit! Highly recommend!

The apartment had everything my wife wanted and more. It even had a clothes dryer. That made her very happy. The apartment was very spacious and clean. Perfect Stay

Only three nights in Florence so we needed the perfect location and this apartment didn’t disappoint. Walking distance to the train station, loads of shopping and food galore. We walked to the other side of the river as well. Anything you need in the apartment and worked perfectly for myself and two children with room to spare. Communication with the host was spot on. Nothing negative to say here and would 100% rent again!

Fabulous!

This apartment was the perfect location - close to the Duomo and the train station. We were easily able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and with several train rides (for day trips) being close to the train station was ideal! The street was fun and festive, but the apartment was extremely quiet! We slept great and loved having two bathrooms. Communication was fabulous and she was lovely to work with. This was the perfect spot for our family of five and we would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful

Clean, quiet, charming, and perfect location, we were able to walk from the train station to the apartment in about 5 mins and the street was bustling with coffee shops and restaurants, nice and bright at night, very safe feeling, and when we stepped into the apartment it was very quiet, also it was very close to everything you want to see, we would stay here again for sure.
