This renovated second floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbecues. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed with a 43" flat screen TV . The guest bedroom has two full size beds with a 40" flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a beautiful walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a convenient tub/shower. Both bathrooms have granite counter tops and the showers are equipped with grab bars for convenience. The spacious living room is equipped with a large 55" flat screen TV with HD TV service for your enjoyment. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The condo is completely tiled throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio which is screened-in so that you may enjoy our warm tropical breezes with your friends and family.

It was roomy, extrodinarily clean, comfortable beds, plenty of bathroom towels, access to laundry, great location, wonderful staff and beautiful beaches. This property does back up to a neighbor with a pool so it could be a tad noisy with kids periodically but nothing too bad.

Great location and very clean

Much bigger than the pictures, plenty of space for 5 people! Very clean, great location. Short walk to the beach which was spectacular! Short drive to the village and other beaches to explore. We had a great time!

We're coming back!

We checked in after hours, key was waiting, we loved our room, the beach was beautiful, guest services great, one problem with the room and it was promptly fixed. We had a wonderful vacation!

Front Office staff was so friendly and helpful. Security was fantastic to our teenagers in the evening. Beach was beautiful and clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo. Nicely decorated. Has everything to get your vacation started - trash bags, toilet paper, soap, Kleenex. The only suggestion would be 1 roll of paper towels and a few smaller plastic cups for kids. Lots of room. Beds were good. One of our favorites in siesta thus far.

Relaxing retreat on the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful vacation at Palm Bay Club. The unit was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The beach was our favorite spot with beach chairs set up and ready for relaxing. As a note, my husband and I had a mix up with booking. He thought I booked, I thought he booked and just before leaving for our vacation our mistake was realized. The staff at the Palm Bay Club were exceptional in assisting us and helping us with our error. We appreciate their assistance which allowed us to book last minute.

Good times

We had overall great stay, everything was clear and delivered as promised. The only thing that was a bummer one of the rooms had prominent Sewer smell . I called management and they handed it quickly (30 min) by sending handy man . I don’t think the smell could be removed due to construction of the building (3 story) , but I give them credit for handling problem so quickly. Overall good stay close to beautiful beach. Thanks!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The weather was great and the staff were excellent!! It was for the most part a wonderful holiday vacation. We only had 2 challenges. They were limited parking for a second vehicle. We were told about this but didn’t realize how difficult it might be. Also outside people having seadoos in the beach area of the private waters. They were right in the middle of highly populated areas, children swimming. There were limited or no controls of the waters and beach.

Post hurricane stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in a 2 BR Gulf Side unit 1 1/2 weeks after Ian hit Florida. We were worried about the condition of the property, but it was as if nothing had ever happened. The unit (second floor) was spacious and clean. Elevators were not working but security guards came to help us carry up our bags.Beach is beautiful and clean. We loved the bay side pool and hot tub, quieter than the pool by registration. The fitness center has a good amount of equipment. Trolley to town stops right by the entrance, but you can also take golf carts which are a bit faster (just tip the driver). I would definitely return to Palm Bay Club.

Clean and comfortable condo

My almost 2 year old son, wife, and mom had a nice stay at this condo. It was clean and comfortable to sleep. The patio was a relaxing place to hang when there wasn’t loud construction taking place next door (new condos being built). Overall it didn’t mess with our stay or ability to nap/sleep. The beach is a short walk and it’s amazing because of the privacy factor and the free lounge chairs. The condo had a couple umbrellas which were beyond bad so we bought some new ones and left ours there when we left. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay and I enjoyed the gym, pools, and outdoor hot tub by the bay that is open until 11.
