Unit 305- 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Bay Side Large Condominium

This spacious third floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom, end unit is newly renovated with granite counter tops and entertainment center. The two large living room areas feature west facing windows along with the sliding glass doors providing additional natural lighting and views. This unit is located on the Bayside of our property and requires a five night minimum stay. The Bayside has a pool, hot tub, fishing pier and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property, which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, two-bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, while the guest bedroom has two full size beds. Both bedrooms have 32" flat screen TVs for your enjoyment. The master and guest bathroom both have beautiful granite counter tops and has a tub/shower combinations. The spacious living room is equipped with a 58" flat screen TV with FIOS HD TV service. The spacious kitchen has beautiful, hand-picked granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee maker and a Keurig machine. The condo has tile throughout the common areas and a coastal pine wood floor for the bedrooms and living room area. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor balcony that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Day one I said to our group- "Everyone is just so nice here", it wasn't a set up. Everyone was just so nice on Siesta Key. The people on the island were generally very welcoming. Palm Bay was also an incredible property. The beach did not disappoint, we always managed to procure loungers and the beach attendants were attentive to helping. The location had a Breeze Bus stop right out front and on the chance a breeze bus wasn't available to The Village, the Frogger would be, and vice versa, definitely bring cash to tip those drivers they are also- you guessed it, So nice! Other pluses: Lovely walk to Captain Curt's corner, Pool was great, but that beach was too much to pass up. Pickle ball was fun for us being as we've never played :) Although, I intended on an indoor run or two in the fitness room, we went full vacay mode and did not want to miss a moment of Siesta Key.

We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back in the future. The only thing I would maybe add is an umbrella or sunshade (maybe I overlooked it). Thanks again!!!

Happy with the updates each year; couches, window treatments, appliances. Beds are comfy. New frig this year. However, cleanliness is hit or miss, especially now that maid service must be purchased. We really like this unit and will continue to rent, but it’s getting outdated and there is extra furniture that is not needed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed in this unit at least 5 times on 4-5 week vacations. It is an oversized end unit with lots of extra living space and side windows that add a lot of light The unit is very well equipped, and the beds are very comfortable. Some of the furniture is dated, and we noticed this year that some professional furniture cleaning is needed. Bathrooms are small in all condos at Palm Bay, but work well for vacation use. The pools are great, we have access to both the intracoastal and the Gulf Beaches. The maintenance team is very responsive to any issues, and the front desk team is great! We'll be back next year!
