This second floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium is located on the peaceful, Bayside inter coastal side of our property. This larger model has a total of 1322 sq. feet and sleep 6 guests max to comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code. This condo has carpet in both bedrooms and is tiled throughout the remainder of the unit. The master bedroom is furnished with 1 king size bed and its bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom is furnished with 2 full beds. There is additional sleeping on the queen size sofa bed in the living room for guests? use. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower. The kitchen with its beautiful granite counter tops is fully equipped with all appliances and is supplied with the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker as well as a Keurig machine. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy warm tropical breezes.
