Asian House is one of two luxurious, oceanfront rentals in our La Palmeraie Harbour Island collection. This magnificent 11,000 ft² home is located along a 120 foot stretch of the world-famous Pink Sand Beach. Its Asian-inspired design is highlighted with wooden cathedral ceilings, oversized windows, custom teak furniture, and breathtaking views of the turquoise blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean.
Asian House offers the privacy of an exclusive home combined with the luxury, comfort and services you would find at a 5-star hotel.

Wonderful stay!

Our family has a wonderful stay. Philly, Jenny, Paul and Antoine were so helpful to make everything perfect. Not only we’re they accommodating to our last minute stay, they truly made our trip a memorable experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this stay again.

Wow, amazing house and view!

We had the BEST experience with the Management Team! Philly, William and the whole team were A +! The Chef and her team cook us breakfast every morning and it was better then any 5 star restaurant! The house was amazing, super spacious, and the view was second to non! Harbour Island is one of my favorite islands in the Bahamas and now because of the house it’s my #1. I will be back next year for sure! Thank you Management Team for making our stay so amazing.

Family Reunion

We had a wonderful stay for a family reunion over Memorial Day weekend. We had a range of ages 6-78 and it was perfect for all. Leading up to our reunion, we were in touch with the chef and property managers who had everything ready for us when we arrived. We were welcomed with cocktails and cool towels and they helped us get everything into our rooms so that we could begin to enjoy our time there. The house is set up with towels, Sonos for music, pool and beach toys and plenty of beach and pool set ups for lounging and playing. The location and view cannot be beat - right on the beautiful pink sands beach. We were able to walk on the beach to many restaurants and had golf carts to explore the town. We had meals prepared by Chef Poka who did a great job accommodating us. The food was delicious and she provided options that allowed us to have great meals for adults, options for kids, and gluten free options for a few family members. There was no shortage of food or drink! Ezra, the property manager on site, was wonderful and attended to anything that popped up or that we wanted to do. Housekeepers kept the home tidy and constantly kept up with clean towels for everyone as we came and went. I would 100% rent the home again with a group of friends or again for family. There was so much to do and they took great care of every detail.

Unbelievable house- unbelievable team!

The property is amazing. Perfectly suited for extended family or a few families/friends. And while the property is one of the nicest in the world, it is Ezra and his team that make the experience truly world class. Amazingly attentive, friendly and fun to be around. From the meals they prepared to the experiences they took us to on the boat - Ezra and his team made our trip what it was. Absolutely amazing!

The PERFECT Paradise

The property is gorgeous and the home is packed with every amenity you could need. The staff was beyond perfect. So attentive and helpful. Both before we arrived to the island and the whole time we were there. Candice took great care of us. 18 of us stayed and were able to spread out and enjoy everything without ever once feeling on top of each other. We had kids from infants to 12 years old and all were able to navigate the house. Even got horses to come to the private beach to walk the kids up and down for an hour. Also hired Patrick to watch the kids as they swam and played on the beach to let mommies relax a little. For the island, make sure you rent golf carts to explore the town. Super safe and easy to navigate. Make sure you check out the Dunmore Hotel and get morning coffee at Cocoas. Book with confidence. Honestly one of the BEST rental experiences from this avid VRBO renter!
