The property was great but our experience with 360 this time was not. We had an issue with arm bands due to a recently changed policy and the number of guests or approved bands for our house (which per watercolor was 10) they would Not issue to us. Our party could Could not all go to the amenities at one time. They were not willing to help at all, said a random override in our reservation was for 6 bands and our party of 8 (for which there were plenty of beds for the house to sleep) would not all Be able to use the Amenities. I asked to speak to Watercolor for help and was told there was no number to contact them and they could not help me. A quick google of watercolor got me a number to call for the watercolor association who could not have been more accommodating or kind. They fixed our issue in 5 minutes and said this had been a recurring problem. The home Was lovely and I hated to leave this review but would urge other guests to be aware when booking that if you have any issues you will need to contact watercolor directly and not 360 blue.
