DETAILS: Guests will feel spoiled by this fabulous location on the 3rd floor in the heart of WatercolorĆ¢ā‚¬ā„¢s Town Center. Unit #305 is a renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom WaterColor condo that sleeps 6 and enjoys views of the Beach District, 30A, a sliver of the Gulf. The luxurious Beach Club, beach access, and restaurants are steps away.

This condo has sandy-feet-friendly wood floors and a cozy, family-friendly aesthetic. A bright and cheery kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything guests need to prepare a delicious meal or quick snack before heading out to the beach. Guests may opt to dine at an adjacent dining table that seats 6 or outside on a wonderful balcony overlooking Scenic 30A. A plush queen sleeper sofa and loveseat surround an armoire that conceals a 32Ć¢ā‚¬ TV and offers a varied selection of books for rainy day reading. French doors flood the room with natural light and open to the furnished balcony, complete with a dining table and oversized armchair lounge chair. ItĆ¢ā‚¬ā„¢s the perfect spot to people-watch during the day or relax in the evening with a good meal and the sound of crashing waves in the distance. Opposite the kitchen and living area are 2 guest bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, a comfortable reading chair, smart TV with DVD, direct access to the balcony through French doors, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a soaking tub with jets, and a custom-built closet. A guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, lovely views of tall pine and oaks along the park, and shares a bathroom with a shower/tub combo with the living area.

Holiday weekend

We had a wonderful time here, itā€™s very clean, and perfect for the whole family. Right in the middle of a great area, with an easy walk to the pool and beach, even with really young kids. The balcony is perfect and we had every meal out there. We ordered takeout from the restaurant right below us once the kids were asleep, and it was a breeze. Highly recommend!

Family Beach Trip

We loved the location. It was a block or so from the pool with shops all around. Very easy to navigate. Check in process was simple. The app is very easy to use. We are planning on staying here again.

Liked the space and the layout. All on 1 floor was nice. Liked the master bath and the shower was very nice. Master bed was comfy. Loved having a fan in the bedroom. Outdoor space was nice with comfy chairs.

Large two bedroom in convenient location

The third floor apartment is in a great location, close to the Beach Club pools, wine bar and Scratch restaurant (with elevator). The large balcony has comfortable seating. The living/dining space is also large, as is the master bedroom and master bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The four included bikes were brand new and perfect for riding to Grayton Beach in less than 15 minutes. Seaside is only a 15 minute walk away. A few negatives were that the ice maker was broken and the air conditioner runs very loudly. Overall this is a comfortable apartment in a convenient location and we would stay here again.

Great location, great VRBO and wonderful time spent in Watercolor!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had an issue with the toilet in the master bath (it was continuously running after flushing), and maintenance was there after a very short time of calling and reporting it. We also had an issue with the cable box in the master after a storm that came through, and they promptly came out to attempt to fix it and ended up having to go to the cable company to get a new box. They did this with extreme promptness as well. In most cases we wouldn't care about the tv; however with the storm that came through we couldn't even sit on the porch and enjoy the rain ... there was wind, hard rain and a tornado warning. So we wanted to see local radar on what was going on. Otherwise ... what a wonderful location and stay. We had a lovely time.

This was our first family vacation with our daughter and we had the most amazing time! The condo was very clean, cozy and exactly as it was described under the listing. Camp Watercolorā€™s expansion was such a blast for our sweet little family! Any questions that we had were answered immediately and everyone that we spoke with at 360 Blue was always very friendly and professional. We canā€™t wait to book for next time!

I am currently into my 2nd day of my stay. I have rented in this area for the past 5 years. By far the worst rental I have had!! It is extremely outdated. The refrigerator is on its last leg. Is rusted and Flores are coming up where the refrigerator has leaked. Veneers are coming off the cabinets. The master bedroom bed is so uncomfortable! I am not accustomed to the shabbiness of this condo in the area and for the price!! I love watercolor and I love renting from 360 blue.. but I am highly disappointed in this rental! The picture is what a condo should look like for the price paid. This condo looks like it was furnished from salvation store.

The two best and only great things about this condo is the location is awesome and the balcony is amazing. The bed in the master is not comfortable at all. The condo is extremely outdated. The couches were sunken in with feathers even coming out- Literally that furniture throughout the place has probably been sitting there since 1980. Not having complimentary chairs and an umbrella with the week is ridiculous. The folks down on the beach make make you feel like a second class citizen segregating home owners and the folks paying for the week. Why would you not have enough chairs and umbrellas to service all of your customers? At least you get two rental bikes. The low percentage off you all offer to rent more bikes is pretty lame though. The gentleman, Jerome that came by to replace the outdated modem was a sweetheart. If you are into paying 3k to wake up with a stiff neck and back with zero access to a chair and umbrella this is your spot! Iā€™ll be taking my money back to WaterSound next year.

Loved the condo, beautifully decorated. Very easy to get to the beach. Only downside was lots of traffic noise when sitting on the balcony, didnā€™t hear it at all inside. We would definitely stay here again.
