Lovely oceanfront view with great location. Walking distance to good restaurants, pharmacy, market and the reserved parking space was a plus. Enjoyed that it is a fairly small condo when compared to neighboring apartment buildings in the area.

The views are stunning. It is a great place for a couple for a 4 or 5 day stay. The host, Maribel, was fantastic with communication and remedying an issue.

I could not have been any more pleased. Location was right across from the beach. Parking was easy with instructions. The host was very detailed which I greatly appreciated. She actually set up a call a few days prior to go over checking in. The views were amazing from the room. Overall a great experience!

Perfect getaway spot

This propert is right smack in the middle with of everything! stores, dinning,entertainment and of course the beautiful beach. The host Maribel was great I found myself neededing an extra night and she made it happen. I’m very greatful for her rapid and smooth transition through this last minute inconvenience. This is a must if you’re looking to relax and enjoy a clean and nice place to stay. Definitely will stay again!!

Last minute booking(24hrs) from Seattle to PR!

Couldn’t have asked for a better host AND location of her condo. Made travel to PR with a toddler , on short notice the easiest thing I’ve done. The VIEW. OMG. PRICELESS. Will rent from her again and you should too.

Wonderful view, great location, exactly as listed!

Loved walking on the beach and just relaxing while looking out at the view. Plenty of things to do if a person wanted to. Market and food all within walking distance. Just leave the windows open for a great breeze. Be sure to bring the bins for people and bird watching!!! We had a problem with the hot water and Maribel got it taken care of the next day. PERFECT OCEAN FRONT CONDO

Maribel, once again, thank you for your hospitality in making our trip a perfect one. The 10th floor apt has excellent ventilation as it faces the ocean with a great view of the beach. The location is perfect to walk to restaurants and Hotels that are located in Isla Verde. The apartment was very clean and everything was in order as always. That's why is always our first choice when going down there. If there is an issue, Maribel is just a phone call away. We are looking forward to our next trip!

Enjoy Puerto Rico

A little disappointed there was no balcony. We knew this : however, there were large windows that faced the ocean and opened letting in a nice breeze. We were there for 10 days and one of the elevators was broken the entire time. Easy access to the beach but no chairs provided and 2 chairs and 1 umbrella was $25 a day! You will have to buy ice. Would I stay there again? Yes fabulous location.

Everyone is unique. In my conversations with many of my past guests, what at first seems like a "must have", becomes a realization that they don't really miss the balcony because the unobstructed views from all windows and large sliding glass door windows, make up for it, which, by the way, are scheduled to be replaced in the fall maximizing even more ocean views! I'm happy to report all elevators are back in service! I'm sorry to hear about the one elevator that was out-of-service during that time. I'm grateful there are 2 other elevators - another main elevator and pool elevator. The condo administration does report malfunctions in a timely fashion, however, as is typical with island living, many times things don't move as quickly as in big cities of the U.S. or elsewhere. After long, considerable and careful thought, I decided to discontinue providing beach chairs and umbrella because often they were not returned, or were not treated with care. Sometimes you can negotiate a deal with the service provider of beach chairs and umbrellas at the beach.

Awesome

We loved our stay in Puerto Rico. The condo was a wonderful find and great for us. Easy to get to the beach where we spent most of our time. Easy out to the beach from the condo. Awesome view. Maribel was very responsive when we had ac problems. Mostly we didn't need the ac due to a wonderful breeze off of the ocean. Only one suggestion to have a more comfortable futon in the living area. However looking at the pictures again I wonder if the futon was not put back together correctly after the last use. Wonderful location for a vacation. We will be back. Patty and Lyle

It brings a smile to my face knowing that Patricia had a wonderful time despite the inconvenience of the AC. The AC was replaced. Regarding the futon, there are operating instructions in the apt located in a white binder. Nevertheless, guests can feel free to call me with any questions. 3 weeks in warm PR

We enjoyed a wonderful vacation in Carolina PR. Great location with everything we needed in walking distance. Beaches are fantastic and great daily walking!Our unit had beautiful views. The kitchen had all the basics needed to cook in, which we did most meals. The bed was comfy. The host was very responsive to issues like internet, door entrance and always available if need and very prompt. The pool was delightful.However when we were inside the unit to relax, the futon furniture was very uncomfortable for sitting and we wanted a good chair to read in etc. It was a real struggle for inside relaxation for 3 weeks. We actually set our low beach chairs at times. All the maintenance people were very nice as well of security staff. We found it to be a very safe and fun location.

Book this condo now! (Or I will)

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful condo.We've visited Puerto Rico a number of times and this condo is our favorite. The view is fabulous! The beach is super and security doesn't even come to mind. It's like staying in the home of a friend with very good taste. Maribel (the owner) takes great pride in her unit and it shows. No flea market furniture here. Every thing matches and the kitchen is fully equipped including a full size refrigerator. Condo is immaculate. The bed is firm and the room is a good size. The bath is unique. It has an area with a sink and mirror and then there is a full bath with shower. Essentially you have 2 baths. The unit is truly full ocean front from both the bedroom and lounge. Located on one of the most picturesque parts of Isla Verde beach. All the big chain hotels and casinos are a 5 to 7 minute walk away but why pay more for much less. Walk a block and there is a CVS that has everything from rum to aspirin. (Too much of the former will require a little of the latter.) There is a little market/coffee shop a minutes walk from the condo. Next door to the market is local restaurant called Mi Casita. Check out their $2.49 breakfast special and do not miss the mofongo. Walk another 10 minutes and there is an American style super market if you want to eat most of your meals in the condo. Many other restaurants are near by. You get the picture. Stop looking. Book this unit and start thinking about sun, sand and Puerto Rican nights. But you better hurry. I'm making plans to come back soon!

perfect vacation

Our vacation was perfect. We especially appreciate Maribel accommodating our early arrival.The apartment is very nice and clean, stunning view, ideal beach access, enjoyed walk on the beach every morning very much. Couldn't have asked for better place. The apartment is located conveniently close to restaurants (Mi casita is our favorite), supermarket, pharmacy. All our expectations were met 100%. We felt home away from home, even better :).Our trip to Culebra was cancelled due to weather condition, but we went to Ventana cave and Arecibo abservatory instead and had great experience. Looking forward to return.

Cozy and convenient with and amazing view.

I particularly don't like the ceramic floor through out, not easy to keep clean; having to sweep and mop each day. No matter how careful we were coming in from the beach. Also not having the conforms of room service is a bummer. Windows are filthy and the bathroom could use TLC. Overall the place and the area is nice, and area could use lounges. I'm perplexed by this review. I feel the title of the review and its contents are somewhat of a contradiction and was disappointed. Nevertheless, I'd like to address each point. First I want to mention that this a a true beachfront property and as such, sand and salt are natural elements of the environment. We ask our guest to wash off sand either in the shower or hose faucet by the pool area to minimize the sand in the interior. There are also signs in the premises that mention it. We hope everyone can abide by this but not everyone does. Ceramic tiles are a norm in the tropics; are durable, easy to clean spills, and withstand any flooding either by hurricane or machine machine malfunctioning. Wood flooring is discouraged for these reasons and can succumb to termite infestation. Daily room service is available in hotels. This is an apartment rental by owner. I could have certainly made daily maid service arrangements with my housekeeper to be paid directly to her had my guest requested it. This is actually a very good idea and going forward I will offer the service to my guest prior to booking. Windows require special cleaning services - workers strapped by harness in order to clean the window from the outside, This service is done every 2-3 months. As far as the bathroom, I'm not quite sure exactly what my guest meant by it needs TLC. The bathroom was renovated 8 years ago. Simple and timeless tiles were selected to withstand trends and to avoid becoming outdated. The bathroom is exactly how it looks in the pictures. I will be asking my guest to provide me with more details to see how I can further improve the bathroom. Overall, my guest took good care of the apt and would rent to him again.

We had a faboulous time,weather excellant,View from the condo was 5 star.Loved seeing the beach and ocean from my bed. We didn't have a car,used the bus a few times,always on schedule.Laundry facillity very handy.

Helga and her husband were a pleasure to have. Their daughter and, I believe, her husband joined them the last week. We had minor issues getting the door open on check-in. Helga apologized for the inconvenience of asking me for help. What she didn't realize is that it was no inconvenience to me at all. I felt It was an inconvenience to her because she was the one on vacation. In my 11 years of renting my home, I have found that most guests don't want to bother the owners. Calling the owner or property managers for question or for a specific need while in your home is no bother at all, at least not for me. I am here to help. We truly enjoy our stay. The view is amazing and breathtaking. We enjoyed many sunrise and sunset. Thank you Maribel for allowing us to used your property.

This is the spot for you!

Beautiful beachfront location condo, parking included. Amazing view from the balcony. Excellent location, close to many restaurants and casinos. The beach is spectacular. The condo is pretty and very clean. Good bargain for your money. This is the spot for you! A++!!!

Gracias Iris for choosing to stay in my home and for caring for it as it were your own. I would most certainly rent to Iris again. There is just one think I wanted to point out so there is no confusion for those reading. The apt does not have a balcony. It has large sliding glass door windows.

Fabulous condo with great ocean view and location

My 4 day stay was fabulous and condo was cozy with amazing ocean view. Pool great for doing laps and everything you need is closeby. I will definitely be back since parents live in PR and San Juan is usually a stop over for me. Thanks Maribel!
