Room was as described with a view of the lagoon and Coronado Beach. The bed was very comfortable. The condo felt safe with 24/7 security. Plenty to eat and enjoy within walking distance from the unit. The host was wonderful in communication checking in daily! Prior to stay he provided a list of things to do,places to eat and fun excursions. Would recommend and look forward to visiting again soon!

Room was cute, wish the balcony was a usable space. The parking situation was terrible. The lot closest to apartment got me for so much money, do yourself a favor and walk to further one. You have to go and walk a block and pay every time you want to leave! Very inconvenient. Honestly, just uber everywhere. It’s so cheap to uber.

The pool and hot tub were enjoyable. However, the bathtub in the room drains on its own and doesn’t get hot enough. There isn’t a true balcony, and housekeeping is not provided, you have to wash the towels yourself.

My overall stay was pleasant, but there were some inconsistencies on this listing that I should mention. The reason this listing got four stars instead of five. One, washer and dryer pictured in the listing was locked behind a door because it was non-functioning. Host did not divulge that information prior to booking. I had to use the common washer and dryer which I needed lots of quarters for and was kind of not a productive use of my vacation time. Two, there was no onsite parking. Closest parking lot was Normandie Parking (10/day and a 5 min walk) this wasn’t too bad, but it was definitely not on site. On a less critical note the place was fairly stocked with toiletries, plates, and utensils. The place was neat, maybe could have used a little dusting but overall a good place to stay. The host was responsive to my later messages, not so much with me trying to get an earlier check in. I would recommend this place, but just be mindful of some of the amenities. They are not what they seem.
