Hospitality is what best describes us. You will contact the owner for your vacation scheduling. Once booked, you will receive an email from VRBO 3 days prior to your check in date with access to the Welcome Guide for instructions on checking in, checking out, contact, parking and access. Once in Puerto Rico, you will be welcomed at the condo by an owner representative. You will receive an explanation on the condo's amenities and surrounding areas of interest. In addition, the owner representative will be on call for any additional questions you might have.
The studio is located on the eleventh floor with a private balcony and a beautiful view to Isla Verde
beach. Access to Isla Verde beach is within walking distance. Accommodates up to 2 people.
Enjoy a relaxing day at the beach or practice water sports like
windsurfing, parasailing or kayaking. Visit all six (6) Blue Flag beaches around the island.

Climate: Perfect year round temperature average in the 80's F during the day and 70's F at night.

Apt was nice but 3 rd day into our trip we lost all water. Not an acceptable situation but spent 2 days with host ( who rarely responded) and VRbo. We ended by moving to Marriott property and spending a lot more money. VRBO was helpful in getting some money back

We communicated with this customer on a daily basis as evidenced in all our emails and text from my representative in Puerto Rico. I proposed to her, and she never answered, we would reimburse the remaining 3 days even though it was not the policy because the water issue was out of control. It was a situation with the main water supply in the district of Isla Verde. Actually VRBO, the platform we use, reimbursed the money without my authorization. As owner, I am the one that triggers and selects reimbursement for our property after getting confirmation from the guest which we never received. I will be contacting VRBO about it.

We really enjoyed our time in Puerto Rico.We sat by the pool when we first arrived and visited the nearby casino the first few days; then explored various activities a bit more during our time there.The apartment is perfectly situated for those looking to explore via Uber or rental car and walking distance of restaurants, groceries and everything we needed for our stay.We especially appreciated the beach chairs and other gear which provided a thoughtful touch to the 10-minute walk to the beach.The area is lively and vibrant. The apartment felt completely relaxing, and the bed was very comfortable. Bringing a sleep mask along is a great pro-tip for maximizing your downtime; it pairs perfectly with the comfortable bed. Thanks again for hosting and the easy seamless checkin, checkout instructions and communication.

I absolutely would recommend this booking! Perfect location. Beach accessible within a 5 minute walk in 2 different directions. Plenty restaurants, bars, Walgreens, and essentials nearby. Wonderful property close to multiple restaurants and the beach. Great pool goes up to 8 feet deep. Owners were very responsive. 24 hour security gated with a guard. Felt very safe. We would definitely rent this again.

The location is perfect and the walk to the beach wasn't far. Plenty of restaurants on the same block. The room was perfect for two people, clean, and the shower was great! Uber everywhere no car needed.

The flat was clean and air conditioning cold. Two of the most important things in PR besides the food. Communication with owner good. Beach view over top of Foxwoods Casino. Bed was comfy, pillows could be better. No direct beach access - must walk multiple blocks. Cooler, chairs, cart available for use in room. Can hear planes leaving airport. Visit Komo Rooftop Restaurant and Hijole. Residents were pleasant and welcoming. Listing pictures represent flat well.

Cute studio apartment, very clean, excellent location right on the strip next to ESJ towers... especially for the price. Pool area is great, short walk to beach access points. Excellent communication from property manager. Owner had thoughtful details in apt such as: beach towels and chairs, cooler, sunblock, aloe vera gel for sunburns, body wash, and even coffee creamer & sugar! Highly recommend and will def be staying here again!

Location location location

The place was kept perfectly clean when we arrived. Just had to remind the property manager i arrived. After a quick call she sent me the information needed to check in. A little close to the airport but next door to the casino. Everything we needed was a 10 min walk at most will definitely refer to my friend
