The perfect condo!
This condo is absolutely perfect for any type of family. From the senic views and large balcony, to the spacious bedrooms and fully stocked kitchen this has by far been the most luxurious condo my family has ever stayed in. Not only is the condo perfect itself, the location and overall amenities are wonderful also.
Douglas was very responsive to our maintenance issue & had it resolved within 2 hours. The accommodations gave our family of 10 plenty of room & privacy. 3 king size beds is a plus!! Beautiful sunsets!
Loved the Oasis property! So beautiful and the view is amazing! Well stocked condo. Beds are very comfortable. Plenty of space. Loved the space out front door to store beach chairs and toys. The amenities are nice. Draw backs are the parking (only 2 passes for 4 br). We found a better option closer and less expensive than Brett/Robinson suggested. But the worst is the elevator situation. We waited longer for elevators than for any meal at a restaurant. Doug is a very responsive host. Highly recommend, just probably not on a holiday weekend. Plus side is the perfect view of the Gulf Park fireworks!
This condo was extremely well stocked, beautifully decorated, and very spacious! The view from every room was amazing. The balcony was even more awesome than the condo! Just an incredible rental. We will stay here every time we have a large group!!
Also, the elevators were never backed up and they moved up to the 26th floor rapidly.
Great parking deck convenient to elevators.
A++
We could not have been happier with this unit. It is stunning with amazing beach views. Plenty of sleeping areas, lots of kitchen appliances/accessories, beautiful decor, extremely spacious and a gorgeous, very large balcony. One of our sons was home on a short military leave and this vacation was just what we needed with him after his year long deployment. Douglas was very responsive and accommodating. I can only hope we are lucky enough to stay in this unit again! Thanks for a fantastic trip!
My family really enjoyed our stay at this property. There was plenty of room for our party of 6 adults and 4 kids. The check in and check out process was easy, done online. Being right on the beach with an outside pool, slide, lazy river, indoor pool, and adult only pool were great. The huge balcony was my favorite part.Spent breakfast and most of my down time out there. The elevators were my least favorite part. The elevators were busy and had long wait times during certain hours. If avoid using during those hours then there are no problems. We would definitely stay here again!
The condo was just as advertised. Great views from every bedroom with this property. Kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary appliances and place settings. The beach and the elevators can get pretty busy at peak times. We did have an issue during check-in with parking passes. The owner did their part, but we had a hard time convincing the Phoenix staff that the parking was pre-paid.
This condo and building are amazing. The views from the every room give a breathtaking show at sunset. The main balcony was great to eat and relax on. The kitchen is beautiful with very well equipped. The ice maker was great allowing us to easily fill up an ice chest when we went to the beach.
The beds were very comfortable and the kids really enjoyed the queen bunk beds in their room. Every bathroom was uniques and different. Every room and fabulously decorated.it obviously the owner takes care and put a lot of work into designing a beautiful place to get away from things.
The building has so many areas to explore. An indoor pool, lazy river, general pool and an adult pool area when you need a break from the kids. A lot of hot tubs, weight room and sauna too.
Had a fun getaway and the host was very responsive.
My only complaint is that we had to pay $35 for a 3rd parking pass. I understand that during peak season but not off season. We took 3 cars instead of 2 trying to ride separately due to Covid. I called Brett Robison to complain but they said it was a Phoenix West II rule, regardless the fee should have been waived.
First, let me say that communicating with the owner was a breeze and they were very helpful and responsive to our questions and requests before and after we booked.
We were able to get there a little early, so the check-in process was a breeze. The first day or two while everyone was checking in, the elevators were very slow and stopped on almost every floor. We thought this was going to ruin the trip, but it got better after that and we had no further complaints.
The room was very clean when we checked in. There were a couple of things left out, but not a big deal. We had a large group, but there was plenty of seating for everyone, both inside and out. We really appreciated the nice furniture. Everything seemed very well taken care of. Our only real complaint was the stove. I had 3 cooks working in the kitchen, and nobody could figure it out. It's a convection stove and you have to do everything just right or it doesn't work properly. Please consider replacing this!
Overall, it was a fantastic trip and we would definitely recommend this room, and would stay there again. The views are hard to beat!

Thanks for the nice review, and we’re glad your family had a great beach vacation!
Checkin and checkout days during the high season can definitely get busy, and the elevators do get quite a workout on those days. The building management is always working on ways to improve that system.
Regarding the high performance induction cooktop, we do have instructions in the owners’ booklet which is usually kept in the kitchen. However, sometimes the housekeepers move it around and it isn’t always in the most convenient drawer. If you’re not familiar with an induction cooktop, it does take some trial and error to get the hang of it. We’ll try to come up with a better instruction system to help folks get more rapidly acquainted with it.
Thanks again!
The unit was well stocked with cups dishes pans utensils for almost everything, but oddly no egg turner or spatula. If we would have been here longer, we would have bought some for the unit. We were right on the water (26 floors up) with a great view. Parking was an issue as only TWO spaces are allowed in the building and the overflow parking is 3-4 miles away in a muddy field...not good at all, especially considering how much the rent was for the unit. With a 4 bdrm unit to sleep 12, it is not reasonable to travel in only two vehicles accounting for passengers AND luggage. It was almost useless to use the jetted tub unless you enjoy a cold jetted tub experience. Garbage disposal was not working. A/C was very cold and a little hard to regulate the temperature in the rooms. The beds and bedding were comfortable and the unit was very roomy. The elevator wait time was sometimes an issue as we were here during a peak week and one elevator was being serviced. The indoor pool was helpful as we had rain a couple of days and was a good place for the children. Convenient easy access to the beach. Ride the elevator down, walk out the back door, walk past the pool right on to a deck leading to the beach.

We are so happy you enjoyed your stay. We have stocked the chef’s kitchen with every tool imaginable from an air fryer to a waffle iron. We were there in June and there were over 6 spatulas. Rather than clean the utensils, some guests must have thrown them away. We have restocked them. Parking is at a premium at every condo on the beach. The complimentary overflow lot is a half a mile from our unit rather than 3-4 miles. Your other option would have been to pay $35 per car to park in the garage. We had the plumber service the garbage disposal and unfortunately a guest put coffee grounds in the disposal. Thanks for your input.

Nice place, but......
I traveled with some extended family. There was 11 of us. Stayed in a 4 BR condo. We brought 3 vehicles and found out upon arrival that our 3rd vehicle didn't have a parking pass so my father had to park his car down the street. You would think if you rent a 4 BR condo, you could have 3 parking passes, but I guess not. The lady behind the counter who gave us the parking passes tried to sell them to me again before I informed her they were included in our rental. She told us to come by and check on day 2 of our vacation to see if we could get a parking pass for my dad. When we showed up on day 2 (and every other day of our vacation) to check on a parking pass, the person behind the counter wouldn't even check their computer for a vacancy. We were just told, "No. This is the busiest week of the year." Really great customer service, guys! After getting our parking passes, we headed over to the check-in desk to get our bracelets while staying on property. The lady behind the counter proceeded to tell us our room wasn't ready and when my brother asked about coming back at 4pm (check-in time), she said that it might not even be ready by then. She said that's when check-in starts, and we weren't guaranteed to get into our room by then. She also warned us not to go up to the room and try to get in at 4pm because it makes the cleaning crew mad and they would just stop cleaning and walk out causing further delays. I must have looked like a terrorist or a crook that day.

Hi John.
Thanks for your review, and for sharing some thoughts on areas that may not have been optimal for your beach vacation. Parking during the high season can be challenging. We will try to do a better job of communicating the parking policy so it doesn’t catch folks by surprise.
The housekeepers have a small window of opportunity to get the condo ready for the next guest, during the summer months. Since checkout is at 10am, and checkin doesn’t start till 4pm, I’m sure you can see the challenge there. While it doesn’t excuse the surly response you received from our management company representative that day (which we will be discussing with them shortly), we will try to work with our housekeepers to see if there is anything we can do to expedite that process. One thing we have taken a hard line on though, is that we insist that they make sure the condo is cleaned to our satisfaction, and to not take shortcuts in this process. They have been told to not leave until it is 100% ready to go. If this takes a little extra time, then that’s what it takes. It does no one any good to checkin to a less-than-perfectly clean beach condo if the housekeepers have to return to make up for what they missed.
Our goal is for your family to have their “best beach vacation ever”, and we are constantly striving to meet that goal.
Thanks again.
We had a blast.
Very nice condo.
Only 6 elevators for roughly 300 apartments, probably 2500 people.
Half didn’t work first 5 days. An individual could get up and down OK, but carts, luggage or grocery’s were stairs. We were on the 26th. Floor. First 6 hours on Sat. Were waiting for elevators or walking stairs.
They had them all working by Wednesday noon.
Thursday we went to Pete’s across the street for ice cream. Got stuck in the elevator. I kid you not. Used the emergency button, the lady suggested going up & down 1 floor at a time. At 18 someone was waiting for a down elevator and it opened.
Others staying there said this has been a repeated problem.
BIG ISSUE. Beach access. As condo’s get bigger, to squeeze revenue, they have pushed us paying customers off the water front. When it’s crowded…. I understand, but we were on the beach, Wednesday, weather was occasional rain, lots of wind. Maybe 15 people, counting us 6. Chairs on the wet sand where the water was washing back $ forth. Not at high tide. Two young ladies came out (must have seen us on security cameras, told us to move, we were not allowed to be in front of the blue chairs. I know 1. I paid $ to access that beach. Plus, it’s public property to the high tide mark.
I won’t be back to ANY rental unless
1. They specifically state in writing that I have access to the water front.
2. I will write both my senators and congressmen and ask they NOT support beach restoration on non public beaches.

We are glad that you enjoyed our unit and had a great time. We also agree that it is unfortunate that two of the eight elevators were inoperable for a short period of time. Elevator maintenance records reveal that one elevator was repaired and placed back in service within 24 hours. The other elevator was repaired and placed back in service within 72 hours. We acknowledge that this was highly inconvenient for the guests.
We do not understand what happened on the beach that day with security. Half of the beach frontage is reserved with chairs and umbrellas available to rent. The other half of the beach frontage is reserved for people that bring their own beach chairs and umbrellas. Given the small number of people on the beach that day, there should have been ample room for beachfront set up.
Thank you for the feedback as we are always looking for ways to improve.
We gathered in Orange Beach to celebrate the 40th birthday of our oldest son. Our children and grandchildren joined us. The condo fit us perfectly and the complex offered great amenities for us to use. We all especially enjoyed the lazy River. The only negative was the use of the elevators. Sometimes the wait was in excess of 20 minutes to get on. Always crowded and stopping on every floor, meant a long ride both up and down. Surely, there must be a better solution!
This property is absolutely fabulous from the beautiful decor to the spectacular gulf views! The layout of the 4 bedrooms and private bathrooms was perfect for our three family beach vacation. Everyone had their own private spaces while still being able to enjoy family togetherness. The kitchen was well furnished with everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable and plenty of bedding was provided. The elevators could be a little annoying, but that is to be expected with a complex of this size. They were mainly super busy during checkout, check-in and at 5 pm when most people leave the beach. Our 8 year old really enjoyed the lazy river which is a nice retreat when you are tired of sitting on the beach. We always use Ike’s Beach Service for our beach chairs and as usual, that service was great. My only suggestion would be to add board games or such for when the weather keeps you inside. Thank you so much for sharing your beach condo. We would absolutely choose to stay here again.
Overall this unit is excellent and we would stay there again. Had a few HVAC problems but property manager was on it quickly! Very impressed by attention to concerns.
Only complaint-long waits at the 6 elevators…rumor was that a few were down and in fairness it was 4th of July holiday.
