Spring Break/Holy Week Restrictions: All guests must be 21+ unless part of an immediate family group.
Wristbands are required for all guests during Spring Break/Holy Week and are $25 + tax, per person.

This beach getaway is located at on the 4th floor of Saida Condominiums. This beachfront complex features three pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, and private beach access!

Saida II #401 is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condominium overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. South Padre Island offers the most beautiful beaches in Texas, and this property has fantastic views of the beach and ocean! The condo is in immaculate condition. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils. The dining area is a great place to enjoy family meals. The living area offers plenty of seating for guests to sit and relax. The condo entails 3 spacious bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room, accommodating 10 people comfortably.

The balcony is large, and offers up close and personal views of South Padre Island's gorgeous beach and beautiful ocean waters.

Our family continues to come here once or twice a year and wouldn't stay anywhere else. Well supplied condominium with everything we need. The view is the best and beach access is priceless. SPI is very responsive and helpful and made the visit very nice. Look forward to coming back again soon.

The condo was wonderful, check in was a nightmare. I was lied to and told they were cleaning room at 3:15 and waiting for inspection before we could enter.Knowing check in is officially at 4:00 pm. We stoid outside room for 45 minutes and no one maid or inspection took place. Always in the past if room was ready you could enter. So i did like the taste of that experience at check in.But condo was wonderful.

This unit was perfect for the 9 of us. We had plenty of space to spread out and a nice big table to gather around for games. Excellent view and distance to the water. We only ran into a few issues with the shuttles not running due to the holiday weekend, but otherwise the trip was great!

Great stay

We had a great time. The condo was clean and a great size, well stocked. There were 4 of us, so we all had our own bed. I got the big room as I had done all the research and found this unit. The view was fantastic as the patio was well laid out. The pool and hot tub were very nice as well. Lots of lounge chairs. SPIrentals was good to deal with and the price was good as well. Thanks for helping us find a great place.

Nice condo. Linens desperately need updating. (King bed's were fine). One bed appeared as though it had not been changed(hair and debris in sheets😳). They quickly took care of that. Main suite bathroom smelled of urine ( not dog) from the time we arrived til we left. The throw rugs were tattered and dirty. Maybe some covers for the couches and chairs that can be washed between renters.

Worst Master Bedroom Mattress

Poor rating only because of the lumpy mattress, very cheap linen used and I mean very very cheap. The unit itself is very nice and has all you need during ur stay. The views are beautiful from the unit. Large spacious balcony to enjoy the morning coffee and view and evening cocktails

Great Location!

The property is gulf front as described. The condo is generally very comfortable and laundry facility is accessible in the building. The only drawback - the mattress on the bed in the master bedroom is horribly soft and saggy. It has seen its better days and should be replaced soon.
