Great place for Family R&R and fun

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay, wonderful accommodations, fabulous kitchen (stayed in and cooked all three meals) and relaxed above it all with the kids and other local family. Highly recommend Sea Vista!

Fantastic location, clean and the view is unbeatable! I enjoyed small upgrades like hand soap bottle instead of those soap bars, showers drains well since its not a tub style drain, stocked pantry and lots of extra dishwasher tablets...just little things that makes the stay pleasent. Chris was quick to help with internet connectivity hiccup on day 1. It was a non issue during rest of our stay.

Get weekend getaway

Went for our daughter's 17th birthday. Condo had everything we needed and plenty of space for 6. Location was nice; towards the end of the beach so less crowded. Relaxing and beautiful views from the balcony. Would recommend and return in the future.

Padre Ladies’ Weekend

We love the location of this property. Property owners were also extremely prompt with answers to all of our questions. The wall of windows overlooking the beach were particularly awesome. We also spent a lot of time out on the deck watching the waves day and night. We would stay here again

Winter break from snow

The condo was just as it was described. Beautiful views of the Gulf and easy access to the beach. Loved being in the south end of the island a bit away from the activity. Easy to drive or ride the transit to the restaurants and night life. Perfect place for our family of 6 adults.

We loved our stay at Sea Vista. Beds were comfy, view was fantastic. The kitchen could have been better equipped. There were very few glasses, cookware, utensils, etc.

We loved the location of this place. Right on the beach. The whole island was quiet while we were there compared to what we expected. Communication with the host, while we didn’t really need anything, was good. There were a few minor things that could use a little repairing that we mentioned after leaving and they seemed like they would fix those little things.

Perfect location for our family vacation!

The place was perfect for our needs and had a great view and location. The property was nice - great pool, quiet. And it was so easy to get to the beach from there. Our kids loved it and it was a good size for our family of 5. The internet was out while we were there so that wasn't ideal, but I assume that isn't the usual so I didn't count against it for that. The owners were very responsive and answered our questions quickly. Everything about it was exactly what we were looking for and as described - we will definitely stay here again in the future.

SPI Vacation

Everything was spectacular. The condo was perfect with amazing views of the gulf. The hosts answered any questions we had immediately. We had the pleasure of meeting the neighbors who were so kind and welcoming. Also, we met, Virginia, the housekeeper of the condo, who also welcomed us and told me to call/text if we needed anything. She was priceless, we could have talked for hours.

We enjoy hanging on the beach as much as possible, going shopping in Mexico and eating Whataburger (since we don't have any in Nevada).
